The Willie Gay dropped pick reminded me too much of Joey Porters dropped pick in the AFC Championship against the pats* in 2001. I mean, emmanuel sanders deserves credit for breaking it up but the whole feel about just made me feel like Denver wasn't going to take any risks from that point forward and they were just going to salt it away. Anyways, the defense played good, inspired football today. I was pretty happy with the way they played last week and today. It's just a damn shame they couldn't make one more play to seal the deal. I feel for touissant, tough one for a guy making a name for himself. Overall, the steelers played well enough to win today and I, like everyone else, is disappointed with the outcome. This one was tough, especially because I feel we were the better team today even with some of our taxi squad playing bigger roles. Denvers "big, bad, vaunted" defense was exposed(for the 2nd time by OUR ******* quarterback) and I really wouldn't be surprised to see the pats* win next week by 10. However, I think there's a lot of positives going forward, especially if we can pick up a lucky rabbits foot in free agency to help with that ******* injury bug.
 
Good effort. I think that we would have won if not for the fumble.

Next Year is something we can look forward too.
 
Steelers must be happy that they barely beat all those backups week after week or they wouldn't even be here. Don't use injury excuses when the only reason the steelers backed in the playoffs was because they finished the season struggling against 5 backup qbs in a row. Every team has injuries. Manning is done can't even throw and his team just won

While I personally think the refs kept the Broncos in the game, I feel this team will be the team to beat in the AFC next year.

This offense is special. Thanks Coach Tomlin and staff for putting together a TEAM. Injuries kept us from moving on but, we got good depth on offense.

I can say the same about the defense. First year defensive coordinator with the pieces provided - man, we're a SS and pass rusher away from dominance.

The Boz is a keeper.

Then using that logic, no win is impressive in the NFL. So you might as well stop watching it, idiot.
 
Mrs hook says one good thing is that's the last time we see Michael Vick on our sidelines and he won't own a super bowl ring for doing Jack squat.

If you are going to mention that, you need to also mention the 4 teams that got to play our back-up QB's.

See, I won't blame injuries for this loss. It didn't help, but most teams are beat up this time of year. Just wasn't our day.
 
Lol @ people using injuries as a reason to down this teams accomplishments as if we've been anywhere near full strength all year
