Open Discussion on Kaperdick workout.

Someone will take a chance on this guy because Jay Z is involved and he carries weight amongst the SJWs

It was more than just the kneeling. He wore socks depicting cops as pigs on several occasions. The guy is human scum and I would hate it if the Steelers even thought about bringing him in. They've talked all off season about how glad they were that AB was gone and now it is a drama free zone. Bringing in Kaep isn't going to allow that to continue. Just pass. Ben will be back next year and they need to use this year to evaluate Rudolph.

I'm looking forward to the Tebow try out.

Oh, wait . . . .

Or Blaine Gabbert since he beat out Kaepernick for the starting job in SF and is presumably better.

Kaepernick moves workout, says NFL demanded he sign liability waiver

Colin Kaepernick won’t work out at the Falcons’ facility today after all.

Instead, Kaepernick has moved his workout to another location, and his representatives released a statement accusing the NFL of not acting in a forthright manner in organizing the workout.

“From the outset, Mr. Kaepernick requested a legitimate process and from the outset the NFL league office has not provided one,” the statement said. “Most recently, the NFL has demanded that as a precondition to the workout, Mr. Kaepernick sign an unusual liability waiver that addresses employment-related issues and rejected the standard liability waiver from physical injury proposed by Mr. Kaepernick’s representatives. Additionally, Mr. Kaepernick requested all media be allowed into the workout to observe and film it and for an independent film crew to be there to ensure transparency. The NFL denied this request.”

It remains to be seen whether the teams that planned to attend the workout at the Falcons’ facility will still attend at the new location.

He got what he wanted so the victim story wouldn't hold up as much. He needs the media there to talk for days about him being the greatest athlete of all time.

**** this toolbag. Maybe he can get Castro to pay for him
Workout.

NFL is the big dog, they should tell him to go pound sand.

Well that ain't gonna help his cause. He doesn't seem to realize he doesn't have a lot of negotiating leverage here. I assume he will once again blame the league for blackballing him...yawn.

Slash, my brother.

I understand your viewpoints - really, I do.

I'd like you to consider this...

When we pray to God, in an act of reverence, 'we kneel'.

When a teammate is seriously injured on the field, 'we kneel' as an act of respect and honor.

So, I ask in earnest concern, 'who deemed it wrong when anyone 'kneels' during the National Anthem?

Let me again state that I do not condone Kap's actions or the platform he and the others took to show their 'peaceful protest'---I just understand why they did it...
The code " The code states that persons present are expected to stand and face the flag, if there is one. Civilians should stand to attention with right hand over heart, while military personnel in uniform and veterans should salute throughout.Sep 25, 2017" that was written it stated what it wished people to do. Stand at attention. Soldiers who lost their lives deserve our respect. It is a moment in time we can pay our respects to those injured physically or mentally or killed in action. Easy to honor them with this time that has been set out to do just that. There's other times protests can be more appropriate. No need to invade the little time set out for the soldiers in this country. People want to come up for reasons to change certain things in this country. This is one instance that doesn't need tweaking from people.

So to sum it up when in church you are asked to kneel you kneel when they ask you to stand for the flag you should stand. It is their method of respect. I didn't come up with what they wished. They did. So we honor and respect it. As in church they require you to stand at times too. Are you going to stand when they ask you to kneel or kneel when they ask you to stand? No you do what is asked out of respect. And in regards to the flag respect and honoring those who deserve to be honored. In the terms they set out for them.

Ask yourself does your opinion reflect what they asked of you or does it reflect your personal agenda. My answer will always be what they wished. Because I honor the soldiers past and present in this country. I know it was laid out how to do it and I honor the way they intended it to be.

I was more going for ******* than ********. Standing for the anthem is a patriotic thing, if someone is protesting the fact that people are getting shot while being unarmed. The majority of people agreeing with you doesnt mean you are right, most times it just means everyone else is just as bow to peer pressure as you are. I support the troops by attempting to elect people who will pay them well and who support programs to help the vets. But hey, some ******** stands for a song so they rock.

They aren't standing for the song. They are standing for the flag presented while the song plays. You don't get to pick what you choose to be patriotic at the event you do that at your own events. I love when people pick and choose what they think is patriotic. That isn't how it works outside of your home your scheduled events. You be respectful for what is asked of you. That is what makes you not a ********. What makes you a bigger ******** in life is trying to tweak everything to make it your own way instead of just paying your respects in the time they ask you to. It is so easy a caveman can understand it.

I don't want any player outside of a year off. Majority of players skill erodes. This isn't some stud SB efficient passing QB that you might be ok with if he lost a step. A running QB losing a step? You might as well shovel some dirt on him he is done.
