Report from John Clayton said some teams had dropped Shane Ray out of the first round on their draft board. He specifically pointed out the Steelers were not one of those teams. Be interesting to see what happens if Ray is available at 22.

Other than the Titans who wasted their pick the selections have been quite solid and entirely predictable. The only exception is Andrus Peat...

I thought Scherff as the fifth pick was a bit of a surprise...

If SF doesn't take Peters, next, all three of my hopefuls should be there...

I think Scherff was a bad pick by the redskins. He's good but i don't know if he's great and there were impact pass rushers available.

I'm thinking if Ray isn't ... then Dupree and/or Gregory will be.

I still don't see how the Titans wasted their pick. They needed a QB...
