and for what it's worth, the Browns aren't exactly losing out in this deal. Verse is a very capable pass-rusher, AND they're getting a 1st rd pick? yowza. . .

I know Verse is a good player but to say they aren’t losing out on the deal I am not so sure. They aren’t known for being draft Juggernauts and let’s be honest a good player yes a Myles Garrett equivalent player…. not so much.
I mean on a good drafting team I might be more inclined to agree with you..

true, true, browns certainly have a penchant for drafting poorly, particularly in early rounds. also, this will be the rams former 1st rd pick, so I think its safe to say this will not be a "top-15" pick in the draft, unless the browns package it with other picks to move up.
