Paris attacks: Police in deadly swoop on apartment in northern suburb

A female suspect blew herself up with a suicide belt and some reports suggest two suspects died. Loud gunfire was heard as police met fierce resistance in the operation, which is continuing. Five people have also been arrested.

And more importantly quit sitting by silently as members of their religion preach hate in mosques. Start naming names to authorities. Turn in people that are stockpiling weapons or meeting in groups at night in clandestine circumstances.

Help root out the bad people in your neighborhoods.

No one notices in these muslim communities that people are BOOBY TRAPPING apartment buildings? You don't think a call to police might be warranted?

It's bullshit. Muslims talk a big game about how they hate the way ISIS makes their religion look, but they do very little to help prevent these things from happening. The level of complacency in these minority communities throughout Europe is astonishing.

No ****. Think anyone with half a brain understands their propaganda and tactics. The problem is those w/o half a brain (ahem) gloss over the glaring issue and problem "hidden" in that article which is their refusal to assimilate. The term "muslim communities" lays that bare. And to head off the obvious responses of racism, etc. forcing that I'd say these people are victims of their own actions or inactions in improving themselves economically, socially, etc. to a point where they could assimilate into the general society. My opinion is they don't want to. They are very comfortable receiving welfare and other social services they've never financed. What a great system! Even welfare in any country is a much better economic situation than what they fled. Welfare will be just fine as they await the coming caliphate where they envision the good life will continue. Were they not infected with diseased brains they would understand that it's not going to be wine and virgins for all.

A bill to extend France's state of emergency for three months includes a measure that enables authorities to close "any association or gathering" - which notably includes mosques and community groups - that would encourage people to carry out terrorist acts.

Turkey detains 8 Europe-bound IS suspects 'posing as refugees'

Istanbul (AFP) - Turkish police detained eight suspected members of the Islamic State jihadist (IS) group, state media said Wednesday, adding they were planning to sneak into Europe posing as refugees.

Counter-terror police detained the suspects in Istanbul's Ataturk Airport after they flew in from the Moroccan city of Casablanca on Tuesday, the official Anatolia news agency reported.

The police found a hand-written note on one of the suspects detailing a migration route from Istanbul to Germany via Greece, Serbia and Hungary, including smuggler boats across the Mediterranean Sea, as well as several train and bus journeys.

Anonymous hacker group has taken down 5000+ twitter accounts belonging to ISIL. I don't understand why terrorist sites/Facebook etc. Aren't taken out by the NSA????

Is it a question of censorship? We are at war with these people so it would be the same as taking out Tokyo Rose's transmitting tower if we could have located it during ww2. I don't understand how they are allowed to keep propaganda/recruiting tools in place with no response from the U.S.

I can think of two possible reasons. #1, and most likely, the government doesn't want us to know what the NSA is capable of and keeps their cards up their sleeve. I'm sure the government would be happy if we'd forget all about the NSA. #2, Bomma is (and I'm serious) a Shiite Muslim, albeit non-practicing, and doesn't want to come down on his boys too hard. Everything He does is good for the Shiites.
