Team needs to be in shape and stronger next year; the schedule is BRUTAL!

I agree. 2014 was a year where we had no injures to keep players and a soft schedule. The young / unproven guys need to step up. and the older guys on the decline need to make way.

Meh.......no hard feelings. Moore's what I thought he was.....decent slot guy. Not needed here hope he gets what he wants.

Can't blame him. Toodles Lance.

no doubt Tombert insists on taking a WR in the first now.

He was useless. Should have taken a shot on some undrafted CB instead.

Seems like he started in the dog house and never really got going, Guess we need to add a WR to our mocks now.

I would have rather had Avant (same type of possession receiver though more durable), but that decision didn't cost us anything.

While it LOOKS brutal, things change so much from year to year, last years power house teams may be next years powder puffs (and vice versa).

But if it does turn out to be a difficult schedule, GREAT. I prefer the tough opponents because we all know what we do against the bottom feeders.

Yeah I am hoping Lippett from Mich St, I have been liking this guy in our mocks. The way the NFL has become I feel every draft you should have a WR included. I can understand Moore wanting out no big deal he was our 4th-5th guy anyways. There is a lot to be said behind the scenes what a vet guy can do for a young group and I think that is what happened here. Good luck Moore

So Dri gets promoted to fulltime WR now??? (this should stir up the stew quite nicely)

Never thought he was coming back anyway. He was one of a handful of bad offseason moves made by the team.

I would not say a bad move...he gave us depth. In the w nd he wasn't really needed.

If Wheaton struggled and Bryant didnt contribute, Moore would have been quite a bit more productive.....the young guys stepped up and he became a non factor....

Well at least Moore didn't walk off the field during a game.

Wasn't crazy about getting him in FA last season anyway......BU BYE!!!!

The signing was more of an insurance policy if Wheaton/Bryant couldn't get the job done. But I think with Bryant opposite of Brown and Wheaton in the slot we have a great threesome at wide receiver next year and Moore wasn't going to stay on so asking for his release now gives him the best opportunity to catch on elsewhere.
