Moore seeking release

The signing was more of an insurance policy if Wheaton/Bryant couldn't get the job done. But I think with Bryant opposite of Brown and Wheaton in the slot we have a great threesome at wide receiver next year and Moore wasn't going to stay on so asking for his release now gives him the best opportunity to catch on elsewhere.

Still need more depth and Justin Brown isn't that guy. We will draft someone later in the draft for depth + sign some UDFA's and maybe get a low priced vet who knows he's gonna be a 4-5 WR.

I would be all for it. Not because I think he sucks, or is a malcontent. Just let the guy go, so he has a chance somewhere else, we are not in a position to give him a chance here. Carerrs can be short enough as it is, let him take his show somewhere else. If they do cut him loose, good luck Mr. Moore.

My thoughts exactly....

I guess Pittsburgh lets the hens rule the hen house.

Any time one of the players gets their panties in a bunch, sounds like a little complaining gets you what you want....

I did think when we signed Moore he would be in the mix much more than he was.

I don't blame the guy for wanting to get a head start on FA. He wasn't going to be on the team next year anyway. Best of luck as he moves on.

good bye mr. moore, have a nice backup career somewhere else

Whats wrong with asking out now? He is making a very smart move, career wise. He got no chance here, so what would you expect him to do? Good luck but don't dwadle by the door, as it might hit yaz blind side........
