@Coryea had misquoted Tomlin. He (Tomlin) didn't say "historical," he said "historic," which would indeed be proper in this context. I listened to the interview myself. Tomlin said:
"We gotta write that story, but we've got enough talent, we've got enough schematics to do big, big things. And when I say big things, I'm talking about historic things."
Therefore, I was wrong, and I stand corrected. I shouldn't have relied on second-hand info. For the edification of our community here:
