Donald J. Trump Response to the Pope

If and when the Vatican is attacked by ISIS, which as everyone knows is ISIS's ultimate trophy, I can promise you that the Pope would have only wished and prayed that Donald Trump would have been President because this would not have happened. ISIS would have been eradicated unlike what is happening now with our all talk, no action politicians.

The Mexican government and its leadership has made many disparaging remarks about me to the Pope, because they want to continue to rip off the United States, both on trade and at the border, and they understand I am totally wise to them. The Pope only heard one side of the story - he didn't see the crime, the drug trafficking and the negative economic impact the current policies have on the United States. He doesn't see how Mexican leadership is outsmarting President Obama and our leadership in every aspect of negotiation.

For a religious leader to question a person's faith is disgraceful. I am proud to be a Christian and as President I will not allow Christianity to be consistently attacked and weakened, unlike what is happening now, with our current President. No leader, especially a religious leader, should have the right to question another man's religion or faith. They are using the Pope as a pawn and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing so, especially when so many lives are involved and when illegal immigration is so rampant.

In response to this:

Pope Francis questions Donald Trump's Christianity

The Pope has questioned US Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump's Christianity over his call to build a border wall with Mexico.

Pope doesn't like Trumps idea of a wall... oh the irony.

The Vatican is ISIS' ultimate trophy?

yep

ISIS Vows to ‘Break Your Crosses, Enslave Your Women’

The Islamic State openly declares its final goal – world subjugation via an Islamic rule of terror.

The Islamic State terror group operating from Syria and Iraq has specifically threatened both Rome and Jerusalem, openly declaring its aspiration to dominate the world and enforce Muslim Sharia law.

There is only one person who was more left wing than this Pope and of course that would be Jesus.

Pope Francis Rips Capitalism, American Immigration Policy at Mexican Border

Pope Francis, apparently desperate to reach out to the Catholic Church’s growing base in Latin America, spent the day slapping Americans in the face from across the US-Mexico border.

In Ciudad Juarez, one of the most violent cities in the Western Hemisphere thanks to the drug cartels, the pope walked up a ramp covered in flowers toward a cross “erected… in memory of migrants who have perished trying to reach the United States just a stone’s throw away,” according to Reuters.

If the Pope thinks America and capitalism are evil, why isn’t he telling Mexicans to stay out of the US?

The Pope has his head up his hind end on the fence issue. Any sovereign country needs to maintain its borders. In this day and age, we must finally protect our borders. It's a matter of defense no matter what he and liberals try to paint it.

Trump walked some of that back a little. He accused the Mexican authoritys of putting the Pope up to that nonsense because of the accusations Trump has made about the illegals and the trade imbalances.

So proud to be backing an atheist Jew for president. As opposed to the so-called Christian conservative who insults women, minorities and now the Holy Father. You can disagree with his politics, but he's the Pope, for Christ's sake! Is nothing sacred anymore?

Bernie is an atheist Jew? Who knew?

Islam, Communism, and Homosexuality: the Holy Trinity of the Left.

If the Catholic Church wants to get involved in our politics, then take away their Tax-Exempt status.

That what Rubio just said

Marco Rubio sides with Donald Trump in spat with the Pope

(CNN)Donald Trump is waging a holy war against Pope Francis after the Holy Father waded into the 2016 presidential race and suggested the Republican presidential front-runner was "not a Christian" because he has proposed erecting a massive wall along the U.S.-Mexico border.

Now, one of Trump's rivals, Sen. Marco Rubio, is taking the real-estate mogul's side in the spat with the Vatican.

When asked by CNN on "The Lead with Jake Tapper" about the Pope's remarks, Rubio gave a lengthy defense of the United States as the "most compassionate and open country in the world on legal immigration," and defended the government's right to implement and enforce immigration laws as it sees fit.

"I think the Holy Father recognizes or should recognize -- and I believe he does -- how generous America is," Rubio said. "We accept, every year, close to a million or over a million people every year as permanent residents of the United States. No other country even comes close."

"As far as building walls on the border, the wall is not just about immigrants," Rubio said. "It's also about, potentially, terrorists crossing that border, not to mention the drugs that are coming across that border and the human trafficking that's occurring because people know they can get people across the border."

Yes, of course, horrible that he spoke ill of the Pope. So I await Hillary's and Bernie's support for the Pope's statements about:

  • Birth control
  • Abortion
  • Gay marriage
  • Adoption within gay marriage
  • Celibacy for priests
  • Some sort of "unified secularism"
I may be waiting a while ...

Cue Burgundy to ask why Mexico is such a shithole that half their population is trying to leave.

Beat me to it.

We are a sovereign nation with borders and can let in or not let in whoever we damn well please.

You guys and your friggin walls. Surely you realize about half of the Mexicans are simply flying into the country and overstaying their visas, no?

Seems like we have better use for $10 billion dollars, maybe not. Oh yeah, Trump will get the Mexicans to pay for it. lol

4 years and 10 billion to make our country safer. I am in

That measure of safety is an entirely subjective - and a very relative - concept. Are mexican immigrant workers truly the biggest danger we face? Do you not think those that want to do us harm - ie terrorists and other criminals - won't find alternative ways of getting into the country, as they already do currently? This whole thing is a big farce that Trump is trumpeting, and people are blindly buying in. Building a wall along the southern border to keep the country safe is akin to this:

Obviously, you'd need to follow up and build a similar wall all along the northern border, then seal off all the ports and airports throughout the country, just basically shut it all down. Then, maybe, you'd be safe, excluding all the terrorists and criminals already inside the US currently.

So building a wall would reduce illegal alien migration by only 50%? Uhhh, okay.

So maybe build a wall AND pay more attention to visitor and tourist visas, ehh?

And Tibs, I get that you lived in Long Beach 20 years ago. I get that you feel like you understand the effect of illegal immigration on Southern California, Texas, etc. But you really don't.

I have lived in Los Angeles for the past 32 years. Illegal immigration has eviscerated emergency room medicine, public education, a substantial amount of Section 8 housing, and has driven wages in the construction industry into the dump. It has NOT benefitted Los Angeles.

Instead, a vast percentage of illegals get paid cash or under the table and pay no taxes. Many more pay basically zero income tax, what with EITC. Those same individuals have a ****-ton of kids in public education at my expense, get medical care under Medi-Cal at my expense, get their kids immunized at my expense, get Section 8 housing at my expense, get food stamps at my expense, etc.

Again, I will repeat something I have written several times, where I have yet to see a credible response: If the illegals were actually an economic benefit to whatever locale they inhabited, why in the world would Mexico hand out pamphlets telling the illegals how to make it to the United States??? If the illegals were an economic benefit, Trump would not need to build a wall; ******* Mexico would do it, ala the Berlin wall.

Obviously, you'd need to follow up and have knife control, then baseball bat control throughout the country, just basically shut it all down. Then, maybe, you'd be safe, excluding all the terrorists and criminals already with guns in the US currently.

fixed it for ya!

Build a wall, build it high...make it thick, dig it deep. Then plant pretty trees next to the wall to make it environmental friendly.

I get it!

That cat is BO and his foreign policy right? Wait wait wait. His domestic policy.

Sounds like you need a lot more than a wall to fix these problems. Sounds like the entire state and city governance is in shambles, along with whatever role the IRS has collecting taxes and ensuring businesses are legit and play by the rules. If you think a wall along the border will fix all this, good for you. I hope it does, if such a wall ever gets built.

The cat is a liberal and the fun times represent attempts at logic.

But you could also be correct. It could be Barry's attempt at ISIS.

The drug dealers with mountains of cash will have four years to devise ways to get over, and under, the wall. If they want to, of course.

Tunneling near and around the border btwn CA and Mexico is well documented. Been going on for decades. As far as moving drugs into the country, tried and proven method. Not sure a wall is gonna help eliminate that.

As far as getting over the wall, what self-appreciating druglord or trafficker won't invest in a few dozen of these?
