Judgement Day "Shady Brady" vs. Roger - OFFICIAL THREAD

ommissioner Roger Goodell stated Tuesday that he "isn't aware" of Le'Veon Bell's appeal of his three-game suspension.
Bell faces a three-game ban stemming from last year's DUI and marijuana arrest. His suspension was announced in early April. "That appeal is not heard by me," said Goodell. "I would have to get somebody else to get a timeline on that."

Bullshit..aint nothing happening you "arent aware" of Goobs

God-del continues to show how he works, continues incontinency on who when and how he suspends and when put on the hot seat play ignorant. Oh how I wish that when he drops suspension on Brady that every player suspended on God-del watch files suite against God-del as well as the league office.

You can smell the horseshit from miles away. He'll be playing opening day.

Roger Goodell: No timeline on Tom Brady appeal

"There is no timeline," Goodell told TribLive.com on Tuesday before a fundraising event in Pittsburgh. "We want to make sure we have a fair and open process."

Regardless, New England will be waiting nervously. Without a timeline in place, the team will have to continue the delicate balance of prepping backup quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo and game planning without Brady for the first four games of the season.

tick tick tick

Does this really come as a surprise, to anyone???? The "rog" has failed in so many ways, it's hard to list all of them. When James Harrison got fined, for no apparent reasons, that was just the start. How about Ben Rothlesburger, NOT even charged, yet you all know the outcome. His play on words, ignorance, self importance, etc.... Then you got all the favoritism, Cheatriots, k*ft, br*dy, to name a few.
......... THIS deflategate is just the chance for the "rog" to make a BACKBONE stand. He can erase some of the weaknesses he has, by doing the right thing. Hold to the suspension, let t*mmy b*y bring a law suit. All though the lawsuit could be very devestating to t*mmy and the nfl, let it happen. It could be a chance to sort of straighten things up. A chance to get out from under all the "FAVORs", so to speak.
..........The "rog" will fail at this. He will allow a way for t*mmy b*y to minipulate the system. Others / teams / players / fans, will find a hatred for the "rog", but continue to buy into the swill known as the nfl. The other owners will make a noise, internally at best, but nothing will happen as the "rog" is ,aking big money for these owners.
...........I say if the "rog" fails, as I see him doing, I for one will be very limited on what i do, NFL wise. No money spent and very limited on game watching. I will get my STEELERs news here mostly, as i allready do. To the rest of you, conqure in your own ways.

Salute the nation

Rog will do whatever he can that's good for his favorite team, the Pats**, and whatever is bad for his least favorite team, the Steelers.

The above video takes you to the Pittsburgh dad video going back to the future. Lots of great references and at the end marsha brady** gets a cameo worth watching for every one that does not like the cheatriots. If you can not click the link copy and paste to your browser you will enjoy the memories!

Rog there is a timeline. The timeline is secret because with consultation with league lawyers who know the justice system inside and out you know exactly when he needs to get his injunction that will allow him to play the whole season. Get it too early and you run the risk of him getting his hearings in the late season. Get it too late and he will miss the first game. Go **** yourself Roger.

This....so much this. I smelled this months ago. Basically, Brady will have his suspension reduced to probably a game then he will go to court to get an injunction allowing him to play the Steelers and the SB ceremony. Brady will then have a moment of reflection and drop the lawsuit probably right about the time the Pats play some ***** team like Jax. Honestly, if the Pats were playing in Pittsburgh every single ticket holder should protest the game and not attend.

double secret timeline

Roger Goodell takes more and more out of me every season. He has killed the passion I used to have for this game. Ihavent purchased NFL licensed merch in years. Most of my steeler related tees are from this site (Dave).

I loathe the man for taking that from me. ******* *******. and **** New England. All of it.

Who the crap would invite Goodell to Pittsburgh for a funraising event. ?? Unless they got him for the dilly dunker....

He was down in Washington County. He graduated from Washington & Jefferson College down there so that was probably it.

I'm much like SG in that I haven't watched NFLN since the super bowl. Ive never felt this kind of....." who gives a ****" about football ever. But that's what it is. Usually, at this time of the year, I am PSYCHED....new hat and jersey all ready to go...this season....nothing....pissed and not the least bit enthused about the upcoming season.

Thx, Rog....for being a spineless, clueless dirtbag.

As much as I hate the Pats and Brady, I hope that he drags the league through the courts and embarrasses the Rog. I hate the Rog more than anyone else.

NFL, NFLPA had talks regarding Tom Brady settlement

NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport reported Thursday, via multiple sources involved in the situation, there were preliminary discussions between the NFL and NFL Players Association about a settlement in the Brady case. Those discussions did not progress and have not continued.

Brady would be amenable to a large fine but does not want to miss any games this season, per Rapoport, adding that it's highly doubtful any deal would get done without an admission of guilt by Brady on some level.

I think the NFL and the NFLPA have dragged this thing out to exactly the point they wanted to. The point where even "die-hard" fans are starting to think: "Who really gives a **** anymore"? And if die-hards are reaching that point, the casual fan (that the NFL panders to) has long since passed it.

But, hopefully, the level of disgust concerning Rog and Shady continues to gain momentum.

I want him to play.

I had this dream a few years ago that the Steelers knocked Brady out of a game. Harrison was involved. It has to happen soon.

I am not much of a dreamer, so the few times I do I remember them. Rarely do I dream about the Steelers. But I did after the home Bengals game in '05 that they lost. I dreamed they won the Super Bowl. I laughed it off the next morning, figuring there was no chance in hell. That has stuck with me.

I don't even have sex dreams. At my age, that might be the best it gets.

So we learned of this in January, they announced a suspension, there was an appeal a month ago and still silence on the issue? SMH.

I am gonna dream this dream right with you!

Apparently his offer to the league was for a fine only with no suspension. If that is what he gets, Karma WILL take him down in the pre-season or in the first game or two and he will miss a lot more than 4 games. Why? Because Karma is a *****!

Article discusses a settlement regarding the cheating of marsha**. They are willing to pay a fine with no suspension. The threat is a lawsuit and an injunction against the nfl. One way around this might be for the NFL to actually say go ahead. They could follow it with, any games played while the injunction is in effect will result in forfeiture of games he participates in in any way to include being in the stadium or practicing with the team or being at their facilities any time during the week. So if he attempts to use a stall tactic to make the suspension meaningless the team will pay a huge penalty in playoff chances this season. If the matter is not solved by the playoffs the team is ineligible to participate. Let them chew on that.
