Terry was def one of the most underrated QBs in the history of the game.
Other teams fans will point to a star studded D, but I don't think you get 4 without one or the other.

The D was great the first 2 SBs but Bradshaw won the last two. The defense was older and the offense averaged 31 points in the 1979 playoffs. They averaged 34 points in the 78' playoffs. Dallas scored 31 against the D in the 78' SB. Bradshaw is vastly underrated compared to pretty boy Tom*** who had a top defense along with the other teams defensive calls and video. I can understand putting Montana ahead of Bradshaw because of his SB numbers but Brady** should never be in the same sentence with Bradshaw when talking about the best QB.

What I'm getting from the latest is that they are essentially in binding arbitration. The judge has said that he finds major problems with both sides of their case and that one of them is going to be very unhappy if he has to make an all or nothing decision. My guess is that it will be reduced to 1-2 games this week. Goodell looks like the hero. Tommy boy plays and he looks like he did something.
Yeah that would be interesting. I don't think you can put a fair amount on cheating. However, they don't really have the goods on him. There is at least a fair amount of conjecture required in the case and the judge is already acknowledging that. I thought 4 games was too little for knowingly cheating, but with the case against him it was too much. It will be 2 which is what it probably should have been all along. And Roger probably knew it all along. He also probably knows he is guilty as sin, but doesn't want to get into how they were tipped off in the first place. So he set the bar at 4. Had he set it at 2 it probably is reduced to one or none.

Boston radio is saying the NFL today offered a zero game suspension and fine if Brady goes with the Wells report which is basically an admission of guilt.
If it gets reduced it will be a sad thing for the game and the league. First series dog pile on marsha** after the whistle and have lawyers file an injunction against the game and flags. They have no means of establishing intent or that the players heard the whistle, I'm sure the temperature had something to do with that.
The judge isn't going to reduce it... he will either rule that the League has the right to do what it did or doesn't... it will be all or nothing. and either way it will be appealed.

This entire thing is a load of crap -- He will not admit that he did anything wrong, he wants to save his reputation --- but he is too ARROGANT to realize that his reputation is SHOT !!
