Johnny Manziel GONE!

How could those events happen and no one see or hear them and then the police investigate and the investigation is done in what a few hours? Manziel's father must be well connected, not just rich. Here's hoping for some Karma to Johnny, he deserves it.

Papillon

I don't think that's it Papillon. It sounds like his Dad wants help for Manziel. Having an investigation is the best way for that to move forward.

Nope. I smell Jerrah or A&M boosters. Sad and sick, but Wig's conspiracy senses are tingling just a little bit.

Tebow was never athletic enough to play another position. Too stiff to be an effective TE.

Not a surprise that he spiraled down like this if you followed his college antics. Shame he can't figure out the right thing to do, but the league goes on without him.

I tell you what I smell. This goes beyond drinking. Dad making comment that if he doesn't get help, he will be dead before he is 24 definitely goes beyond drinking. My guess is, Johnny has got himself into opiates.

It is quite common these days. Often starts with mere pain pills (that allows one to party longer and harder) and ends up being an addition where ppl take handfuls of Oxy just to not go into detox. It's very hard to kick.

... pain pills (that allows one to party longer and harder)...

Uh, no, no they do not!

Highly addictive? Yes.

Allow you to party longer and harder? No. They will make you crash.

Like I said before, if Johnny doesn't regress after he gets to the Cowboys, he did this **** just to be cut.

Johnny MOST definately needs help. Unless he reaches "HIS" absolute bottom and reaches out for the help, it's useless to force him into anything. His first rehab stint proved that. I hope this young man seeks the help soon, before he decinigrates to death. His football career is 2ndary, his life career is fore front. GOOD luck Johnny. As for the EX girlfriend's story.......sceptical of parts of it.

Salute the nation

Too true, pain pills will intensify the buzz and knock your *** out, not allow you to party longer...that would be cocaine or speed of any sort.
Damn, POP needs a lesson in drug usage hahaha

My guess is he's on the Sizzurp which would explain his general goofy behavior of late.

Look, I never thought Boy-zel had the tools to make it as a NFL QB... I figured if his offfield problems didn't put him down early, like they probably have, he would Limp through a season as a starter, look ok then get blown up as actual tape of how he handles situations in the pro game gets out there.

Cleveland loves these college level QB's... in college a system coupled with better support players than the majority of your opponents can make a bum look good. Make no mistake, Johnny was a bum in the making... another Brady Quinn or Colt McCoy whose only supporters come from his college team or conference... The Browns are much Better off moving on from him because he was never the answer, no matter what he did vs our pathetic secondary this year

Besides being a head case, he's too small and obviously is more committed to partying than say, watching film. Ben was kind of the same way early on but has the physical tools to pull it off.
I've said before that running QB's can work in college ball. Running QB's in the NFL get broke in half.

This morning on Mike&Mike they were saying that Manziel's family has stepped in and are trying to get him the help he needs, evidently, he hit his ex-girlfriend so hard he ruptured her ear drum recently. He's fortunate the Ex-girlfriend doesn't have a "big" brother, because he'd probably be lying somewhere near death after hitting her. He's a lost cause and that's too bad, because he wasn't that good and would have made playing the Browns that much easier each year.

Papillon

That team is such a complete and utter disastrous disgrace. I honestly don't understand why the fans of Cleveland continue to support that team in any capacity whatsoever.

The NFL should take away a first round pick....on second thought, let them keep it. For the Browns, that's a heavy punishment.

If it's true that the Clowns did lie about the concussion protocol it would most definitely be a violation. Maybe make them hire an NBA guy to go with the MLB one. **** ain't going to get any better over there, sans #JohnnySuckBall and all.

I can just see it now, God's hand holding a giant bottle of Lysol's Tidy Bowl, reaching down to Cleveland's Stadium, spraying around the rim and then a Gigantic Toilet bowl brush extends down from the Heavens and scrubs away any remnant of JohnnyFootball.

Flush...

Rather rinse repeat.

Wow.

Just ******* Wow.

I mean, if he was even remotely WORTH a **** ~ a guy could perhaps begin to make sense of it...

Browns lied about Johnny's concussion to cover his drinking......

Why does this kid remind me of Bobby Layne? Or Johnny 'Blood' McNally. Ever hear the one about McNally, while as coach for the Steelers missing a game? He was at the Bears game in Chicago. Better game. Look it up.

Manziel's an amateur.

Manziel has bigger problems than I thought, drunk at practice.

I was with a Browns player yesterday. Johnny Manziel, going into what would have been a start late in the season, showed up drunk at practice on a Wednesday. The Browns lied and said he was in the concussion protocol. Let me repeat that: The Browns lied...to try to protect—and I would argue enable—this irresponsible and very troubled young man.

You have to be in really bad shape to show up drunk at practice. You can get wasted every night, and still avoid being drunk at practice.

If true, he has major problems with drinking and who knows what else.

But, before we completely give up on him as a human being, keep in mind that Maurice Clarett was drinking booze DURING practice, and now is clean, intelligent and productive adult.

Johnny could turn it around, but he's in a bad place as off now and last season.

OMG, I spoke too soon! I hadn't heard this.

Well, this still doesn't mean he's forever a waste.

I hear his agent pulled away from him. He's done.

Maurice Clarett was just sentenced this week for a DWI he got a little while ago. Those demons once you get them are very difficult to exorcise. He was on the right track and had changed his life. Hope this reminds him of his goals. Johnny Football has to admit he has a problem to himself first.
