Chuck roast, spices, onions/garlic/fresh jalapanos, maybe a little celery for texture.
Shredded cheese on top with sour cream ( homemade Greek-style yogurt works too) and green onions.
Cornbread is optional but if you make it, don't put sugar or AP flour in it... that's called 'cake'
