...is spend some cash and sign Kelechi Osemele. You kick the Ravens in the nuts & plug him in at LG for the rest of Ben's career. Forget about Beachum & Ramon Foster. Love those guys but Alejandro at LT will only get better. He's so underrated going into his second year. Munchak will turn that kid into a champ, that's my guess.
Back to guard, Colbert should go after Osemele, shock us all, give the guy some moolah. The kid's a 26 years old, top 5 guard in the game. Who the heck goes after high-priced interior linemen as their splash offseason signing? We do!
Show Ben some love and re-stock that O-line. If not Osemele, then do it in the draft.

Pro Football Focus ranks Osemele, a 6-foot-5, 335-pound guard/tackle, the No. 6 overall free agent and the best interior offensive lineman who could be on the open market. PFF isn't alone. SB Nation has Osemele No. 13 on its list of the top 100 free agents. NFL.com has Osemele No. 10, and says "If your team needs a run blocker, Osemele is easily the best name on the market." Pete Prisco of CBS Sports has Osemele at the fourth-best free agent available.

Osemele is one of the league's best at his position, and just entering his prime too. That's a rarity at his position, so it's a given that he's will be one of the most-prized commodities in this year's edition of free agency. While we know that he'll have many suitors, predicting which team gets him is a lot harder.
