I want Bryant to be part of this offense and think he gives us our best deep threat.

I love what JuJu brings but with Bryant getting more involved and with the emergence of JuJu this offense may finally click.

Ben off on some of his passes but DHB and Rogers need to make those catches in the end zone and this game not as close.

Justin Hunter is just a guy. Does not impress me at all.

Bryant is the key. We need that deep vertical threat.

Hey Bryant, we didn't miss you. JuJu nearly dropped 200 yds...

Just think how potent the offense could be if Bryant actually returns to form. The talent is there, just being hidden by his own selfishness. I hope he comes back and sets it on fire...

I agree 100%. We are only a better team with him than without him but it's time for him to get his head out of his ***! This is a Championship caliber team!

I missed him. But I would also show him the tape of his drops. And remind him that "gettin' his" also means catching the balls thrown to him.

With Brown, Bryant and JuJu as the three receivers on this team... Holy Jeebus. And if Ben gets his mojo back. This team really could be something special offensively. I think they get too caught up in assuming they are just "supposed" to be stupid good. They're not. They have a few good players, but if they don't work together as a unit, they aren't going to be a good unit. The Redskins put together an all-star team 15 or so years ago with free-agents and they sucked *** because they didn't play together. What the Steelers need all the "B's" to do is play together for a common goal, which is to utterly and completely destroy their opponents.

They can do that if they work together and stop bitching about who's getting how many targets or touches. They have WAY too many ******* B's and the moment they all figure that out and get on the same page - THEN they'll be unstoppable.

Ben
Brown
Bell
Bryant
Boswell

JuJu is just icing on the cake here...

Most likely Bryant won't be returning to form from 2 years ago. It would be nice though.

The question is Stillwright, was it Bryant or Ben that made him so amazing back then? And truthfully, he only had a 1/2 season of "Holy ****"! but it was a heck of a half season. If the guy focuses he can be amazing. He just has to focus. I think he showed during his off-time while working to be reinstated that he can focus. Now he has to do in in terms of the football stuff. He was focusing on the "workout and following rules" stuff. Now he's got to basically take a few chapters from Brown's book. If he's willing to do that - He's got plenty of physical talent.

Whats funny though is Bryant saying he wants more involvement but he’s only behind AB and Bell for number of targets on this football team.
They need to stop using him on these 5 yard slants and utilize his speed on deeper routes.

But he makes huge plays on slants. What Bryant needs to face up to and deal with like a grown up is that he's had something like 36 targets and 17 or 18 catches. He's only converting 1/2 of his opportunities. Now he doesn't have 18 drops. But he does have at least 4 or 5. And a couple of them were on some pretty deep throws.

So, first thing, He needs to sit down with the coaches and say, "****, my bad. I lost some focus and I dropped some catchable balls. I'm going to work with the juggs machine and ask Ben to work with me. Then they should put him in some 3 receiver sets and get him out there for some targets and see if he can maintain focus.

Yep. A lot of ifs. I know.

You realize he missed about 1/3 of the reinstatement rules as that is what took so long to get reinstated........... His "after-care plan" filing and documentation portion. So his focus was a little "not" there......... Just sayin

Salute the nation

I hear ya Wig but these 3-5 yard slants are not his strengths. I’d like to see him on some deeper routes.

After the win over the Lions, head coach Mike Tomlin was asked during his post-game press conference to disclose what went into his decision to make Bryant inactive Sunday night.

“I outlined that pretty crystal clear on Tuesday and I’m done talking about it, I am,” said Tomlin.

Tomlin was almost immediately asked if he’s confident that Bryant will be able to help the team down the stretch.

“I’m not,” Tomlin said. “We’ll see.”

About how I see the while situation also.

At the same time Hunter and Eli haven't impressed.

I would still put Bryant in there in 3 WR sets.

Eli is total garbage.
Limas Sweed 2.0

I had very, very high hopes for Bryant coming into this year, but it seems to be yet another case of million dollar body and 10 cent brain. This guy has the tools, but he's a ******* imbecile, and unfortunately I doubt that's changing anytime soon.

Joe

If he can keep his head in the game we absolutely can use him. Juju in the middle of the field is going to be tough to stop. With AB and Bryant the added dynamic is explosive although we have yet to show that this year.

Eli is just a guy. We need AB, Bryant and JuJu all playing. We have 9 weeks to get this clown back on point. I think it can happen.

MAYBE a Bryant ales out his stupid nose rings he will catch the ball better.

Bryant is out of focus. I doubt he will ever be as effective as he once was. His mind is on other things. Trade him for a pick. We will find another speedster in the draft.
