How do you watch Steelers games without ticket?

It was getting harder and harder to get them to come down each year. Just wasn't worth the stress. This wasn't the only reason we cut the cord though. Nobody in the house was watching television. There was no sane rationalization for spending money every month on a service that never gets used.

This has been my issue the past couple years. In the past I even got it for free.

Wife and I live in a very nice part of Central/Northern Arizona. Az lives about 45 minutes north of us.

I usually use reddit. We get a number of games here in Va, but I'll get less this year. I live right in between DC and Richmond so the local TV providers give locals from both cities, increasing the odds of getting the game. (

However, I too cut the cord with Verizon, but did sign up for YouTube TV. We love it, but I only get DC locals now. I also lost the NFL Network, but my plan for that is to sign up for a free trial on a streaming service that offers it when they play on the NFL Network. ... or, I signed into the NFL app on my phone prior to dropping Verizon, so I can watch there.

I can't see myself ever going back to traditional cable. I couldn't get them to budge on price. They wouldn't even drop the equipment charges after paying them about 4,000 in rental fees over the years. YouTube TV gives me 3 simultaneous streams, unlimited cloud DVR, and 70 channels for $50.

I entered my address to check for eligibility, and they said my address wasn't eligible. Perhaps this is just for people living in apartments, etc?

...not that I'd pay the $300 anyway.

I have a house, so no idea what the eligibility rules are. $300 is a lot. They could make it a no brainer by making it more affordable.

I have the ticket because I get a discount but down here in Sarasota, we have an awesome Steelers fan club that meets for the games. The absolute best way to watch a game is with 100+ other Steelers fans.

some of us are just north of you in Tampa/St Pete. We've been known to crash Ark's Casa for games.
Just be warned, Ark gets handsy after a few drinks and ... well, there's an Ogre stench when DBS is there.

I decided the NFL ticket is too much money and trying to save. Plus half of their games are national tv but still don’t want to miss the other half. How do some of you still watch them at home without NFL ticket if you don’t live in Pitt?

You could pay PopDatBoobie to suck off someone on the team and get free tickets???

Seriously though, find a local bar and Steelers group, the games are usually broadcasted there (if the sports bar has the Ticket).

Das how I roll...

I've heard about them!!! Need to bring Ark, Supe and DBS for a game...

DO you have kids in college? My son was eligible through his college and it was only $99 for the top package! They did not even ask for an email this year looked like anyone could game the system. Added gamepass for $49.

Are they allowing you to declare your home city now? I thought Harrisburg was the only option for local?

I thought I put in Pittsburgh. That was like 4 years ago. At least when I watch on my computer when I'm on the porch I get the Pittsburgh TV stations on my guide.

Is NFL replay just that easy? $99 and I can watch all the Steeler games as soon as the broadcast is over?
