I decided the NFL ticket is too much money and trying to save. Plus half of their games are national tv but still don’t want to miss the other half. How do some of you still watch them at home without NFL ticket if you don’t live in Pitt?

Move to Pittsburgh. (Guilty as charged your honor)

The past few years I have used USTV, but it doesn't appear to be working right now.

Others have used reddit with success, I may just have to find a bar this year.

I cut the cord on TV and am all streaming house now. I paid the 99 for NFL replay at NFL.com. You can't watch live, but replay is available right after broadcast is over. You also get the choice to watch the broadcast version or a condensed version which cuts out everything between the whistles. No huddles, no commentator yammering, and best of all, no commercials. You should get coaches film too - the all22's and endzone cam. I assume that is back this year, but it isn't available o preseason games. Those views are pretty darn nice.

I tell you, it is way better than paying DTV a monthly fee and then getting a 500 bone bill for the Ticket. After 10 or 15 years as a customer, I still had to call every year and threaten to leave to get them to lower it. I am much happier this way.

That said, there is always someone out there streaming the games illegally. You can try that, but beware of sites...they usually drop malware on your machine.

Reddit, and link computer to television with HDMI cable. Search around and find the best feed. Some links lag and hiccup, but you will find at least one very good stream.

But beware - you will be about 2 minutes behind the live feed so be careful in reading the game thread while watching via Reddit. You will know what is coming.

As for me - I just threaten to leave DirecTV and get the NFL package for free.

I've been doing this for probably ten years with them now, and their "retention team" is usually always good about it, but the last two years they have been a pain in the ***. They do give me a good amount off on other programming so I guess it's a wash, but they do not give me the Ticket free anymore.

But anyways to the OP question, Steeltime already said it. Reddit.com/r/nflstreams
You will find a good stream that's HD and no lag. Sarge streams tons of stuff on there. I've found buffstreams on there is pretty good for NFL games.

I'd go to Pittsburgh in a heartbeat. It is the only city I can say that about. I hate most cities, but Pittsburgh is a gorgeous area and it has the best peeps in the land.
Penn hills- Monroeville side and Robinson township. North hills... To name some areas worth looking into when buying a house.

This year it will be whatever comes on tv is what I'll see of them. I know what the probability of outcome given a certain status quo same get go anyway.

Go to a buffalo wild wings or local bar that has ticket and multiple TV's, usually can ask to get one with the game

if you want to stream on your computer, you can't beat reddit. but, as was mentioned, there is a lag with pretty much all the streams. i'll PM you the web address to pull up reddit's stream page.

i recently went with an IPTV service called Nitro TV, and it's fantastic. it gives you access to well over 500 channels, many of which are various local network affiliates for fox, cbs, nbc etc etc throughout the country, not to mention nfl network as well. and the clarity/picture is top notch. all for $20 a month, i have the nitro tv app on both my amazon firesticks, the one in my living room and the one in my bedroom. granted, iptv services aren't exactly 100% legitimate, but paying $20 per month as i go, i'll take that chance. i also have use a vpn (i use Nord) to mask my IP, for security and so my internet provider can't see what i'm streaming.

You should have a VPN for all the depraved and nasty **** you do on the internet anyways, Omar.

Gonna check out Nitro TV though, and "Pat Chung" tonight.

(Everybody have fun tonight

I have the ticket because I get a discount but down here in Sarasota, we have an awesome Steelers fan club that meets for the games. The absolute best way to watch a game is with 100+ other Steelers fans.

Nice, didn't realize that. You remember the 'shortcuts' of the game that they would have cut up by like Tuesday, it condensed everything down to a half an hour. That was one very cool things about having the Ticket.

It was getting harder and harder to get them to come down each year. Just wasn't worth the stress. This wasn't the only reason we cut the cord though. Nobody in the house was watching television. There was no sane rationalization for spending money every month on a service that never gets used.
