Hopeless Pittsburgh Steelers Vs Invincible Denver Broncos Divisional Game

Anyone blaming the defense is full of ****. Unless you're the 85 Bears, teams are going to score. People blaming the defense for allowing two touchdowns but the offense gets a pass for not being able to score two. The offenses inability to put points on the board is what lost this game.

This^^^^^^ AMEN!

Rooting for Carolina no AFC team... Heart broken here... Good luck all see u all in August

Well ...radio and tv is gonna be Brady Manning all week....a media darling matchup on paper..one the field, NE is gonna whip their *** on the way to another SB trip...

NFL got its story line...

Go Panthers!

Did they not have the LEAD??? A QB who's arm is in worse shape than Ben's lets him connect for 31 yards on a 3rd and 12. When was the last time this defense stopped anyone on a 3rd and long in the 4th qtr?

They had the lead cuz the defense held them to 4 field goals in 3 quarters... 2 of which came on drives that started on the Steelers 30. It amazes me the blinders some of you have on somethimes. Yea Ben put up a bunch of yards again but they couldn't put the ball in the endzone again. That is why they lost.

This might be the least disappointed I've ever been after a Steelers loss. I "believed" but also believed we had a daunting task in front of us. The team played with heart without It's #1 and #2 RBs, missing its #1 WR, missing the starting center, missing the starting left tackle, playing with an injured QB, and nearly had the win. We turned the ball over once, Denver didn't. That was the difference. To be in this game and nearly have it left me full of pride.

6 points virtually was handed to them by the special teams

no the O failed this team today

especially the wide receivers which aren't number one wideouts.

We lost because we fumbled. Plain and simple. We don't fumble we win. Poor kid will be beating himself up for awhile.

true the biggest culprit of the loss

I really thought we had it. The fumble was huge. Oh well. It's only football.

Bryant had 9 receptions and close to 200 all purpose yards. He still has to develop but he has #1 WR potential

Great effort by a really beat up team. With a couple of defensive improvements and healthy players coming back, they could do some good things next year.

Defense played well and only allowed one TD. Offense didn't play bad really but it's tough to win without AB and DW both.

This team can hold their heads high. Tomlin did a decent job of time management the last two weeks, it was better than a lot I saw in other games this weekend. With some better luck on the injury front we would have been formidable. If we make just a couple pickups next year we can get Ben his third ring and Dan his 7th.
The rest of the division is in turmoil.

Yeah I am being a little hard on him

duly noted

We hold on a 3rd and 12 we win. Or are people like yourself so used to the defense giving up 3rd and longs you're oblivious to it? Because it's not the first time this year it has happened.

I hate to blame one guy but that fumble was the game.

Next season my only wish is that we stay healthy.. we do that and the rest will fall into place.

Not that it matters but if anyone knows....what is the specific rule when a player gives himself up? If a QB runs and slides he's down. Now, I'm wondering if a QB goes down in the backfield and slides to avoid to the ground is he down? Granted he wasn't touched but when a QB runs the ball and slides he usually isn't touched either. I'm confused.
