Did you forget they still needed to drive 65 yards and then get a 2 pt. conversion? Did you forget the 6 points the special teams gave up? And on and on.
 
These guys aren't too worried go cash their million dollar checks and go on Holidays
 
Defense don't need to hang its head....it played well enough...Wheatons gaffes, horrible punting and Toussants miscues cost this game....we withstood dropped passes but that drive killing fumble was the deathblow

Hard to swallow but to lose after leading all game...just sucks...
 
I hope Bryant stays away from the Ganja this offseason ... But I like what I saw from Coates today.
 
I give the steelers credit they hung in there and it was NOT Manning that won that game, I love the class of Denver with the kick, Steelers hold your heads high against the number one defense and 30 defense of ours. great season with all the injuries to take the game this far.

Did they not have the LEAD??? A QB who's arm is in worse shape than Ben's lets him connect for 31 yards on a 3rd and 12. When was the last time this defense stopped anyone on a 3rd and long in the 4th qtr?
 
All four remaining teams essentially have their starting lineups. It's tough to win as hobbled as we are. Wish we'd let Boz kick that 50 yder earlier
 
The Boz - what a miracle pickup this kids' been.
 
Anyone blaming the defense is full of ****. Unless you're the 85 Bears, teams are going to score. People blaming the defense for allowing two touchdowns but the offense gets a pass for not being able to score two. The offenses inability to put points on the board is what lost this game.
 
Like I said earlier when they fiddled and farted around and didn't stretch the lead in the first half that was a sign.

That series where they ran it 3 times up the gut in the 3rd and punted was pretty stupid too.

I agree my friend. Tighten up our secondary, have better luck with our injuries and we'll be back for another run.
 
Meh I really wanted to play in Superbowl 50, but as long as the pats lose to either NFC team or the broncos, I will be happy. Beating Cinci went a long way to appeasing me for the injury prone year we had

I don't think they take losses that lightly....we take em harder but I think they know all the hard work they put in didn't pay off like they wanted
 
**** - down the the wire once again - gotta love the heart of this team.
 
So bummed. Really wanted to see our chances with Brown back next week. Good season either way.
