yeap, I liked Sepultura but wasn't a fan, I'm more in to rocknroll and alt rock than heavy or metal, in fact the only metal band I dig is Metallica.

Oh, gotcha.

saw the Garage tour, amazing concert. Then again with Deathmagnetics, only two times they traveled to Venezuela.

Even if Load and Reload kind of sucked, Garage Inc was pretty much a pure rock n roll album, then even if it's not one's style the S & M concert must be appreciated as a master piece

Master of puppets ranks as one of the top rock albums of all time in my book.

You see that, Coolie? Litos has good taste in music.
Yeap, coolie has issues, more than you might have thought initially.

I get a person might not like nirvana but you have to recognize that they just revolutionized the dying Rocknroll genre, those glammy ******* at the end of the 80s almost bury it 6 feet under.

For example there's more music in a Pearl Jam's guitar solo than in any Poison song. AiC, Soundgarden, STP, blind melon, smashing pumpkins, radiohead, green day. The 90s made the 80s their ***** over and over.

I blame the music industry for pushing those glitzy glam guys.....but
I do dig Skid Row. Sebastian Bach front skid row

Mike McCready is such a good guitarist, then you also have Stone Gossard. Absolutely. And one of the best live shows I've ever seen. They've come out with so many albums spanning decades, and they're mainly all good.

And completely agree about Nirvana. Even if you didn't personally like their music, you had to appreciate what they did for the dying genre.

maybe the late 80's but AC/DC, Scorpions, Black Sabbath, Foreigner, ZZ Top, Def Leppard, Van Halen and the others would ***** slap all those alt/grunge/punk rock ******* and have them turning tricks on street corners.

once the glam groups took over the airwave music was dying....as I've said the only positive of the grunge/alt rock **** is that it chased away the glam *******

I've seen three and listened to all of your listed bands and the newer 90's rock/alt/grunge/punk/metal/hell wrap, have a history of change while hooking a lot of us. I would say its because of their talent. But opinions vary.

Can't disagree with ac/dc and black Sabbath being amazing, though I prefer the late 60s to 70s rock: led zep, rolling stones, pink floyd, janis, Hendrix, doors

You had me until you threw Soundgarden in there. Cornell's voice was top tier. Few can lay claim to that.

He was complimenting Soundgarden.

I love the 90s music (Peal Jam, STP, Soundgarden, Foo Fighters, Metallica, Green day, Incubus, Radiohead, Counting Crows, Live, RATM..etc) cause that's the time period I really grew up in but.. I love Neil Young, Joe Walsh, Crosby Stills Nash, Moody Blues, Byrds, Iron Maiden, ACDC. Also love classical. Not a big fan of country.
