14 yards in field position! They couldn't have used three points there, nosir.

Must've been that the kicker was struggling, or the punter wasn't sucking balls. Oh wait...

Thanks for another season's worth of ****** decisions, Mikey. You're the best!

I think the ****** decisions were not to upgrade at CB and SS in free agency.

Not totally sure Tomlin is at fault there.....

And then if Bos misses cause it's windy as hell.. people would be bitching because Tomlin gave them the ball at midfield.

The game was not lost on that decision so it's stupid to even bring up.. but I guess when you want to ***** about Tomlin, you need to find something.

The way our defense was playing...and Peyton...I would have punted too. Too bad our punter couldn't keep it out of the endzone. I don't blame Tomlin at all, in fact, I'm usually hard on Tomlin, but he had this team ready to play!

You're not sure about kicking a 51-yard field goal at altitude? When he's yet to miss a playoff kick? When your punter is a piece of ****? Really?

Really. This call, the only call you got to put **** on shades. Wow.

If you don't see that fumble as the reason we lost your a ******* tard.

Of course you're here to defend Tomlin, but you're not his biggest fan. I know. Go **** yourself.

In my mind that was the correct decision. With the crosswind a 52 yard fg was anything but a sure thing. The Broncos fg at the half from a similar distance sailed violently when the wind caught it. We couldn't afford to give the broncos the ball at the 42 with a 1 point lead. The defense was playing lights out and we should have pinned them deep. Didn't work out unfortunately.

They wanted to play field position.

Steelers lost by 7 BTW

That fumble was a 11 point swing.

The Broncos had no problem attempting long field goals. Who said not to live in your fears?

With the winds you're going to complain about a 51 yard FG attempt? Really?

Yeah, it was a pretty big call, dipshit.

You're a ******* moron who can't spell.

It was a field position game, the punt was a good call IMO, even as part of my "what is the game plan this week" I said a punt isn't a bad play, keep it close and hopefully, win in the 4th. Unfortunately, Berry picked today to have his worst day as a punter.

If you take the situation into account, 1 pt lead, 52 yard FG with a crazy wind blowing, the defense playing well, potentially giving them the ball on the 42 when the worst you do is give it to them on the 20, punt the ball and play defense, that is a good strategy in a game being played for field position.

One of Berry's shanks would have been good on that punt, but he decided to catch "all of it" on that one. :)

In that wind? I think it was a good call to kick. We had our chances. could have won the game. choosing to punt on that play didn't cause us to lose.

Dude go cry in a corner somewhere.. you sound like a little ***** on here. You're embarrassing yourself.

LOL. Go **** your Tomlin doll.

How about, the call was questionable. But in no ******* way cost us this game. But I know you need something to blame shades on.

I agree with this, the punter f'd that one up. The one time he wasn't able to kick it out of bounds...

The only problems I could find with MT in this game was calling a t/o with enough time to get a play in before the 2:00 warning, and taking Coates out of the game overtime he made a play. But I don't think either issue cost us this game, I'm pretty impressed with how the team performed, especially given the injury circumstance.

In the wind and we did not lose by a FG.

True, in the wind. Just like the 47-yarder that Boswell kicked into the net to make it a 7-point game.

True, they didn't lose by three. But if those three points are on the board, a touchdown ties it at the end. Understand?

Yes. How many field goals did the kickers miss tonight because of the winds?

Tomlins game management has improved. It is on an upward trajectory, so to speak.

In game coaching decisions have been my biggest complaint about Tomlin. He was aces today and really has been since the Seattle game.

Next year we need more than 2 people on the roster who can field punts.
