Game day thread, Steelers vs Eagles.

Well, there's a game like this every year for damn near as long as I can remember ..... hope this is the only one
 
There is a lot of time left, but I can't remember the last time I saw a Super Bowl contender get their ***** kicked like this.
 
At least its a non conference ***-whooping
 
We just quit on ourselves, this is truly embarrassing. losing is bad enough but this is un-******* believable. THREE ******* points?????????????

The fact that the Ravens are probably gonna be ahead of us in the standings pisses me off so bad

I wouldn't go that far...we beat a decent team on the road in DC, and the Bengals.....this game changed flavors with that TD drop by Wheaton....Ben is not playing well this game and hes trying to force it to Brown...hes abandoned James......and we just need to sustain a drive and get points every drive....
 
If this was a prize fight they would stop it.
 
It has seemed to me, (of late) that Ben has been really working on forcing alot of deep throws of late and he hasn't been content to work it.

This game may have had an opportunity to go differently had the game plan been more aligned with just moving the chains and staying ahead of the sticks instead of airing it out 2 of every 4 downs. Now they have no choice, but that has proven really unsuccessful and of course it will be even less so given the fact that Philly will be playing prevent from here on out.

They let this one get away. The goal should have been to keep Wentz off the field and force HIM to play from behind and be a hero. Coming back from 24 down is a pretty tall order on the road. Particularly when they've literally managed to cut one of your players throats, not on purpose of course, but there it is.
 
Oh God. And now they're getting pity flags.

It's too painful.
 
As luck would h ave it I'm sitting in Chicago United Club watching the game sitting next to an Eagles fan. This sucks!

Yep. Plus we have a lot of injuries and missing players that we'll have later in the season. Wheaton with this TD drop on the first drive followed by a drive killing drop that would've been a first really knocked the wind out of this offense early on. We never regained any momentum. As type this, Wheaton again drops a first down pass.
 
That's how you ******* catch it, can you learn that Wheaton?
