They need to fire Mike Tomlin. There is no other explanation for the lack of preparation this team shows week in and out. The talent on offense can only bail them out so many times. Now is the time. Reclaim this team from Coach cool shades and salvage the season.

Can't bench Burns as he is our No. 1 CB with Haden out. Sutton sucks. The early TD that looked like Burns got burned wasn't his fault. It was on Hilton and the ILB. They let their man go and Burns ran over from covering his guy on the outside. Our coverage was good last week until Haden got hurt. When he went down in the 4th and for this game, we had guys running free all over the place.
The O played well in the 2nd quarter and the 4th quarter. They did nothing in the 1st or 3rd and needed to as bad as the D played. They were playing catch up from the get go.

And, Bell would not have made a difference in this one. Conner played well catching passes early but they hardly gave him the ball rushing or receiving this week. He had that sweet catch and run for a crucial 1st down in the 2nd quarter. Other than that, they didn't look to him much.
Ain't running the rock down 21-0. We never got the run established anyways. This was all about the defense, or lack thereof. The fact that Ben can pull us out of a 21-0 hole and make this game competitive is on the talent we have offensively, in spite of the **** coaching job.
Sure that's all fine and dandy, but who do you replace him with?

Ben is not in sync for sure. That said, he is not the reason for our loss but he still hasn't even found the same zip code as the receivers on the deep balls. Just about every deep throw was over the receivers head. He did hit some nice intermediate routes today but he missed some of them high too. Watchin' that kid from KC and you could see the difference in accuracy between the two of them.
They keep havin' him throw 60-70 times a game, the new mantra will be...
