yes there has to be more to the story... he is or was involved with something very bad or is completely unmanageable attitude wise, and the latter is questionable because teams put up with crap all the time, and he couldnt be TO level nuts without media catching wind of it.

I think it was a question of hitting / putting himself out there in advancement of the TEAM. He shied away from making tackles and of coarse the Denver big gain on him. He just put himself ahead of the team. NO ONE wants that attitude or play on a TEAM sport. Behind the scenes he probably made it known he wasn't "taking" anything for the team.

Are you being serious right now? As bad as the CBs were playing, and 25 never saw the field until it was almost too late, and when he did play, he played better than every other CB out there, and you don't think he was in the dog house for something other than his play? And you believe this? Please, read between the lines. I think it's pretty damn obvious.

I remember him giving up the third and long reception on Denver's TD drive in the playoffs when he had his back turned away from the line of scrimmage when Manning hiked the ball. I'm sure the coaches picked that up on film.

If he's healthy, the price is right and he fully understands he'll be competing for a spot on the roster and then to play, I'd bring him back in. He knows the playbook and has some experience in the system. He could easily compete for one of the starting spots. Competition is a good thing.
