isn't there any other sim with a more realistic board? Samuels at 3.23 and Williams at 2.29 seem very unlikely

No QB but not too bad of a draft.

Your score is: 45259 (GRADE: A)

Your Picks:

Round 1 Pick 30 (BUF): Samuel Cosmi, OT, Texas (A)
Round 2 Pick 23: Creed Humphrey, C/OG, Oklahoma (A+)
Round 2 Pick 29 (BUF): Javonte Williams, RB, North Carolina (A)
Round 3 Pick 23: Asante Samuel Jr, CB, Florida State (A+)
Round 4 Pick 23: Pete Werner, ILB/OLB, Ohio State (A+)
Round 4 Pick 35 (COMP): Rashad Weaver, DE/OLB, Pittsburgh (A+)
Round 6 Pick 33: Tarron Jackson, DE/OLB, Coastal Carolina (A+)
Round 7 Pick 18: Tommy Kraemer, OG/OT, Notre Dame (A+)
Round 7 Pick 27: Avery Williams, CB, Boise State (A+)

Wow, the first seven players would change the team. I think at least five are starters by September, 2022 and darn good starters at that.

Agree completely. The sim changes the area where a player is going to be taken based on the user results, I think. About four weeks ago, in one of my simulations, I drafted Jaelen Phillips in the 5th round (trades), said in comment that there is no way he is available that late.

However, these results do underscore that this draft is pretty deep. Very deep.

PFN feels like it's one of the most realistic mock draft simulators out there. https://www.profootballnetwork.com/mockdraft/
just ran their full 7-round simulator in sim mode...

24. Joseph Ossai, Edge, Texas
55. Alim McNeill, DT, NC State
87. Nico Collins, WR, Michigan
128. Tutu Atwell, WR, Louisville
140. Osa Odighizuwa, DT, UCLA
245. Jason Pinnock, CB, Pitt
250. Chris Evans, RB, Michigan

have to admit, that seems like some bullshit Tombert would push out (and obviously left off 216)

did one trade, 3rd rounder for a couple more mid rounders, I think I covered all the bases except a decent prospect at OLB

Also receive Buffalo's 2nd round pick in 2022. Disappointed that Stanford QB Davis Mills scooped up before my 4th round pick. Some good OL available in this draft.

You go with one of those RBs if you are the Steelers. But if Chase is still there at 20 I would get on the phones and try to trade up. I know it is a WR but damn that guy would instantly would be a number one deep threat.

Agree with slash - the more I think about it, the more I realize that a guy like Etienne can change the offense, particularly where this draft is so deep in OL. Get Etienne at 24, Dickerson at 57, Radunz at 87. I think all three are starting by week 7.

Then trade up in the 4th to get Davis Mills. If anybody thinks the QB position is hunky-dory, I have some ocean front property in Kansas to sell them.

24. C Creed Humphrey, Oklahoma

55. OT Walker Little , Stanford.

87 RB Javonte Williams NC,
If top 3 aren't there,. Then Jermar Jefferson, Oregon State RB.

PFN mocks do seem a lot more realistic but it sucks you can't see what you already drafted. You look at a bunch of players for each pick and sometimes towards the end you forget which guy you ended up taking earlier.

You mean which position? As I don't think it will allow you to pick the same guy twice. 😁

It's all in for ben this year right? What am i missing ,?

They arent going to take an edge. They cant draft a d back to save their lives. We dont need a DT either.

They are going offense. Doubtful the top 2 or 3 tackles are available @ 24. But a center is.

The top RB's likely wont be there in 2nd rd. But a 2nd level OT will be. Steelers FO has been talking to 2nd/3rd rd targets for RB.. Jefferson/ Sermon.

I see your point. Makes sense though value says top CB should be available at 1.24 and top C value (of this draft) should be available at 3.24, so maybe 1.CB, 2. OT, 3. RB, 4. C (possible trade up here to secure prospect)
