Fire Canada!

I wish they would have fired Sphincter about 2 or 3 months ago and turned the O over to Canada to see how he did. A trial run...

FULLY agree and that wouldn't have been out of the question to do so even as late as week 12. Hell even later because nearly anyone could see our downward spiral except the two involved, Randy & Mike.

No doubt that the offense needs a huge improvement. The running game, OL, TE position, RB, and on and on.

But can I point out that in the last three Steelers playoff games, they have surrendered 36, 45 and 47 points? 128 points allowed in 3 games is more than 42 points per game. I believe the term for that is going from bad to worse.

I believe our tired O'l defensive scheme is part to blame but also part to blame Tomlin for meddling or butler for not being whom we thought he was. Either way, this team needs an identity which it has lacked for quite some time. It's definately not being the school tough guy anymore as we have gotten soft all the way around and top to bottom.

Was many others that seemed better for the job, typical hiring under the same system, what changes do we really expect. I hope Canada does well and changes this offense, Will Tomlin allow him though

I imagine Ben factored into this decision, if they desire to keep Ben, then they may have wanted someone with whom Ben desired to work.

Not saying you’re wrong, but we’ve had a good defense for two years. Two of those playoff games you mention had significant starters missing against good playoff teams-including last Sunday vs Clowns.
