Drink, Drive, get cut

No offense dude, but I think you live in a fantasy world at how this **** really works. When Floyd saw that he was claimed by the Pats he was like holy ****. I gotta a chance. Could be a deep run in the playoffs, maybe a Super Bowl appearance. Now his lawyer will make five moves to ensure this deal doesn't see the light off a court room till March or April at the earliest. Then he takes a no contest or a guilty plea and he is suspended for the first 2-4 games next season after someone picks him up in FA.

There was no chance of him missing any games this season.

In Hindsight, our move should have been to pick up Floyd and drop DHB. DHB has a chance to play week 17. A chance. Plus he has to get back to game speed which will take a few more weeks. Floyd would have been ready to go full speed. Floyd is better than any other WR on this roster (minus Ayres of course Coolie), and would have given us the vet presence needed for a playoff run.

Especially frustrating since we were ahead of the Pats if we put in a waiver claim on him...

.217 BAC....Mike had himself a good old time

Michael Floyd's blood alcohol concentration was .217 when he was arrested for DUI last week.
Arizona is one of few states that has different DUI classifications, including regular DUI, "extreme" DUI, and "super extreme" DUI. If one's BAC is above .200, that's considered a "super extreme" DUI, and Floyd falls in that category. Arizona is already known to be the toughest state on DUIs, and "super extreme" DUIs come with a minimum of a mandatory 45 days in jail.

The video they released was comical. Not Surprised the *'s picked a person of his character up, considering they once gave a very large contract to a murderer.

So why doesn't Arizona have him in jail for 45 days?
