Yes, actually he does. Just because he's the star QB for the Black and Gold doesn't exclude him. And had the video footage of Rice's assault mysteriously been erased like the Millyvegas bar tape, people would be claiming there's no evidence against him, either.

It has nothing to do with who he is. He's never been arrested or charged with anything. Neither one of his accusers has any credibility. One bragged to her friends of possibly having a little Roethlisberger, the other changed her story repeatedly. Not a shred of DNA evidence to back up her claims. I don't know if Roethlisberger is innocent, I do know there is no evidence that says otherwise. Why you are assuming you know what happened, I have no idea.
We all know exactly what Ray Rice did. And Ben doesn't belong in the conversation.

Wow, that's hard to watch. Ray Rice is an ***. If she had been assaulting him, it would not make it right but perhaps somewhat understandable. She barely touched him with that little slap outside the elevator and he stayed under composure until he got in the elevator and the doors closed. He knew what he was doing there. Then she moves towards him and this complete over-reaction of a left hook knocks her out. WTF?
I don't want anyone to tell me this is an isolated incident with these two. You don't behave like that if it's not something you are used to doing. Who just punches someone out of the blue? They've gotten plenty violent before and probably will again.

Listen, it's obvious you have almost as big a hard on for Ben as he did for little miss "Down To ****" that night. The NFL's worst fears are now realized. The knee jerk hard-line policy after lightly suspending Rice for 2 games will now make the Rice suspension look trivial.
You also have to keep in mind that the league DID get a copy of the elevator footage and reviewed it before giving Ray Rice 2 games. This is inexcusable, and will have women up in arms, as well they should be. There even may be protests now at Raven's away games when Rice starts playing week 3.
Rice hits his woman, not once, but twice. It is sickening to see lack of restraint and hitting a woman with full force the second time. He's lucky he's not in jail, because that footage could have put him away with his now-wife's consent.
Do you promise to love, honor, and cherish. In sickness, and in health? Through blue eyes and black? As long as the money keeps rolling in? I Do... smh...
