And it wasn't hidden. The reason why Bryant dropped to the 4th with his hieght/speed/production numbers is because he was a known pot head. Much like the undraftable Randy Gregory. I remember you hanging your hat on that pot addict, and I had him as undraftable. You know, the guy who is out of the league instead of taking Bud Dupree. How'd that one work out?
Once again you lack the ability to comprehend what you read. He was the best I've seen coming out of college at BEATING THE PRESS ON THE LOS. Go back and reread my posts so you can let it sink in, though this is not the first time I've had to remind you in multiple posts, that you are wrong about something and fail to learn from it...
You want to bang at a guy's catch percentage that led the team in receptions with Duck and Rudolf throwing to him? Go ahead. It's a limited stat in that respect.
I agree he needs to be better with his ball control. Though be honest in your assessments. He only lost 2 fumbles out of his 5 last year. This year he lost one on a PR.
And the term is Boom or Bust. You can read my article here. Written before he played a down for us:

Once again you missed the message. You bashed DJ's ability since he didn't play in the SEC. AB played for a small school in Central Michigan. knocking a receivers ability for where they play shows a complete lack of film study on your part, on what can translate to the pros. You can read my breakdown on him, before he played a down for us:

Claypool is a Z, DJ is an X. Xs get more balls, Zs extend the field and get deeper balls. This is like saying Ward sucks because his YPR is lower than Burress. You're comparing Apples to tomatoes here. Not surprising since you seem to lack the understanding of WR positioning. DJ is a willing blocker and has done his fair share. Though JuJu/Claypool/Washington are some of the best WR blockers we have ever had. They are bigger bodied guys, and there is a reason why they are on the field in 1WR sets. Of course Claypool is better as a coverage guy on ST. He's bigger, faster, and stronger. Didn't do a full breakdown on Claypool but there's a blurb I wrote when assessing the WRs this year right after picking up Ray-Ray.
https://www.steelernation.com/wr-depth-chart-entering-live-tackling-practice/ And I've stated DJ is still our most explosive PR, but serves the steelers better if he is able to field returnable balls. If the other team is kicking from inside their 20, DJ should be on the field. Otherwise, I'd like Ray-Ray on coffin punt returns.
DJ looks a lot like AB. He is comparable with is elusiveness (leading the league in forced missed tackles), route running to create space (leading the league in separation yardage on his breaks). He is more polished as a WR than AB was coming out of college. AB worked harder than any WR to become elite. I'm not sure of DJ ceiling, but his floor is already higher. I personally want to see both Claypool and DJ succeed. And both of their games compliment each other very well.
He'll be better than Bryant easily, who I also listed as a Boom or Bust receiver.
