Dhb

I think Bryant might be the one being shipped out, love the talent but he is a huge risk now

Have to hope that getting suspended and missing 4 games clicks for him. Same goes for Bell and his suspension. I was just throwing out that we now have an asset we could part with and actually get something for. Its not like anyone is trading us for Dri.

What? The phone isn't ringing off the hook for the 5'8" 173lb specimen that is Dri Archer? ****! That guy is better than a imitation discount double check! #13

DHB was actually faster than Wallace at the combine. Thus Al Davis reaching for him early in the first round.

so who'd we send packing?

Bryant is 1 bust away from being suspended for a year and each subsequent bust is another year...

You DON'T trade the next guy behind him. You trade him! IF you can. I mean, I like Bryant. I think he showed something amazing last year. But let's face it. The dude's addiction wheel's fell off in 1 frickin' year. He isn't going to be able to hold it together.

I'm sure he wants to. I'm sure he'll try. But he isn't going to be able to. Go ahead, use this as bulletin board material, but it won't matter. Addiction is addiction. And I sincerely doubt he believes he has enough of a problem to own up to it. Which means, he's going to get busted again eventually. It's not if, it's when. I'm sorry. I hate to be the negative Nancy here. I hope he has a monster season and they can get something for him. I really do. I even hope he does well on another team. I wish him well. Honest. I just understand how addiction works. He doesn't believe he has a problem. But when you've been busted 3 times in a year despite the fact that you have THAT much to lose... You have a problem. A serious problem.

Oh, I think he knows what's at stake and believes he has a problem. That would be why he's spending his time away from the team working with John Lucas at his rehab center. That's a step that other notorious pot heads like Josh Gordon never took.

Yeah, he does. It was good of the Steelers to get him there. And great for Martavis that he agreed to go. Wishing that kid all the best in his battle.
