Deflategate Investigation: Complete ... Awaiting Report.

Roger was caught between a rock and a Hard place and it was his own doing. by numerous shady acts and bad decisions, he more or less had to step aside and let troy Vincent handle this. Letting them off the hook was going to come down badly on him, and coming down hard was going to piss Kraft off...

About ******* time that ****** up organization got a decent punishment. ******* bunch of crooks. Hey pat fans your team is bs and you're suckers with fake championships . ******* bunch of frauds.

I hope this battle of wills and war of words continues to explode:

Ted Wells says on a call that no one from Tom Brady’s camp raised any issue with his impartiality. Notes Kraft welcomed his appointment

Ted Wells, responding to Don Yee: “I think it’s wrong to question my independence because you don’t like my findings.”

Ted Wells: “Patriots were all over me from Day 1 on why @NFL did not warn them of a complaint, alleging it was a sting. He did not find that

Ted Wells: “Patriots provided me substantial cooperation except in 1 critical & crucial area – I wanted to do a 2nd interview with McNally.”

Ted Wells said he told Tom Brady that he wouldn’t even hold his phone. Would just take printouts. Brady would not provide the information

Ted Wells wanted to speak to McNally a second time after finding "The Deflator" text. That's when the Pats suddenly stopped cooperating.

mike freeman ‏@mikefreemanNFL · 8m8 minutes ago
Wells basically just called the Pats liars when it came to McNally interview requests.

Andrew Brandt ‏@adbrandt · 10m10 minutes ago
Wells said Patriots blocked second interview - with his team -- with the "Deflator." Critical to the investigation.

The fumbling data does not lie! The data is accurate and it says the Pats have been cheating since 2007, the year after Brady lobbied the league for the rule change, and the same year the Pats gave longtime employee Jim McNally the title of “locker room attendant”. It’s also the same year he became the “deflator”.

Pats fumbling data:
2000-2006: one fumble every 42 touches
2007-2014: one fumble every 74 touches

Pats have been cheating for years!!!

Francessa just read some report on the air that states that McNally was pulling **** back in 2004, trying to insert practice balls into games or something.

quite a work of art, wouldn't you say, for a 6th round backup QB?

So the Pats were going to fully co-operate until the league found something damning, then they stonewalled...

And then you have these ***-clowns...

Patriots fans stage sit-in at NFL headquarters
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2015/05/12/patriots-fans-stage-sit-in-at-nfl-headquarters

Patriots fans are taking a page from Cosmo Kramer’s battle against Big Bagel’s refusal to recognize Festivus and taking their grievances to the street.

Four Patriots fans associated with Barstool Sports have parked themselves in the lobby of the NFL’s Park Avenue headquarters in New York to express their displeasure with the penalties handed down to quarterback Tom Brady and the Patriots on Tuesday. The four protestors, all of whom are wearing Brady jerseys, first paraded in front of the building with signs before moving inside the building to stage a sit-it while handcuffed together.

It remains to be seen if they also plan to move onto tampering with the steam pipes, but the New York Police Department may not give them the chance. Twitter user Lisa Kraus Edwards has been documenting the protest with pictures on Twitter, including the one on this page, and reports that police are on the scene to put an end to the scene at the behest of NFL security.

It seems doubtful that this protest sparks further uprisings, but if we’re wrong “No Brady, No Peace” may become the catchphrase of the summer.

I literally would give a Rats *** about what most pats fans think or do about this...that is to say, if I had a rats ***.... I remember when the league was cracking down on us because they wanted hard hits out of the game many P*ts fans laughed and made jokes... there still are rape jokes made about Ben on every forum they have... Like the seeming majority of Boston sports fans they have a ridiculous sense of entitlement and many are jerks... its hard to find another city outside of philly that you can really say that about. I feel bad for the good ones who were stuck following a POS team, but the rest of these assclowns can go jump off a bridge or light themselves on fire in protest and the best they are getting out of me is a chuckle...

Heck it is virtually taking all the willpower I have not to stoop to the level many P*ts fans did when we had league hardships and troll every P*TS site I have a membership with purely out of respect to the decent ones I know...

There are decent ones? I have never met a P*t's fan that was not an *** hat.

So, Ted Wells is striking back at the Pats** and Brady's agent and using facts to do so. He gave a conference call to reporters today and stated:

1. Text messages are not circumstantial evidence. They are direct and inculpatory evidence.
2. The Pats** were all over him from the time he started the investigation. Asking him why the league didn't warn them of the complaint and calling it a sting operation. (Yeah, all criminals should receive a warning before they are investigated. Makes perfect sense).
3. As far as making McNally available, the Pats** are being disingenuous when they say they made him available to investigators 4 times previously. Apparently, the first 3 times were to LEAGUE investigators. Then Wells' team got one bite of the apple before they received the text messages. When they reviewed the text messages, they wanted to interview him again and that's when the Pats** "cooperation" ended.
4. He told Brady and his agents that he was willing to allow them to provide any relevant text/email info and to take their word that any of the electronic info that he sought and they turned over was all that there was. He didn't want to take physical possession of the phone/computer/etc. They still refused.
5. He thinks Brady is guilty as charged.

Best post about continuous cheating by the cheatriots, this post needs to be sent to all the major news agencies and see if it does not get traction. It would not hurt to forward it to the league office and the offices of every team in the nfl.

As long as it's established that they cheat, that may be punishment enough. On the other hand, my alma mater had a Final Four appearance vacated simply because a player had signed with an agent and was no longer considered an amateur. In my opinion, that pales in comparison to cheating.

the Pats fans seem to think Brady will sue.. I think there are enough skeletons there they will threaten but not actually risk exposing more

Any appeal should require Brady and Darth Hoodies phones, along with the second requested interview with the deflator.

If they are willing to open themselves fully to the investigation with knowledge that the punishment could be either increased or decreased depending on what if any new evidence is revealed, I would allow them a chance.

I suspect they would back away quicker than hell, as they sure wouldn't't want anything more to come to light than already has.

He is lawyering up with a guy who has beaten the NFL multiple times. My hope is that this will stir enough bad blood that secrets all flow and the cheatriots are totally exposed way worse than they already are... brady has nothing to lose here. his image is tarnished beyond repair if he loses. he is almost retired and super wealthy, plus his ego is worse than we know... I see a "you cant handle the truth" meltdown in his future

relax and enjoy the fireworks. This **** doesn't end well for folks with character flaws.

What's that, like "No woman, No cry"?

By the way, Do the Pats get a roster exemption for the time of the suspension, or are they 1 or 2 (Blount) roster spots short for the duration?

No, I think they just dress two players that would otherwise be inactive for the game but they still need to get down to 53.

Can someone please tell me why Wells did not request to see the electronic communications of Bill Belichick? I bet Brady and Belichick had some interesting conversations regarding the investigation.
