Deflategate Investigation: Complete ... Awaiting Report.

31 other teams in the league and no one has the stones to call these corrupt ******** to the carpet? Vegas should start taking bets on what infraction surfaces next.

I've heard it stated numerous times by their obnoxious fans; We won the SB, so it was worth it. It's hard to argue that when you know there is no way any of their victories (or legacies) will ever be in jeopardy.

The NFL is bullshit and they continue to prove me right by what they've let go on up in Falseboro for 13+ years.

I work a couple buildings away from the NFL HQ...

I will wait outside their office and search for Rog. At that point, I will walk in front of the commish' and proceed to "crop dust" him with a great fury...

I think that is your best Post of all time bar none, please record the event so you can post it here.

How about we take up a collection to have the conclusion bronzed so that it can be stuck to Toms bronze bust when it gets to Canton.

Patriot apologists where I work are falling all over themselves...and I LOVE IT!!!

Suspend Brady four games, suspend Belichick for the year (lack of institutional control. This is a REPEAT offender). Loss of first round pick, and void last years championship. I'm dead serious, this bullshit needs to stop NOW! Anything less, and the Saints should sue Goodell and the league, and Goodell should immediately be forced from office.

If we could just get Tonya Harding and a bat close enough to Brady..

I don't disagree with anything you stated, but I'd almost guarantee none of them happen.

Here is some of the report

The NFL's report on the Patriots deflated football scandal found that it's "more probable than not" that two longtime team employees — locker room attendant Jim McNally and equipment assistant John Jastremski — "participated in a deliberate effort to release air from Patriots game balls after the balls were examined by the referee."

The report also says that Tom Brady "was at least generally aware" of the plan to deflate the balls.

One of the most damning parts of the report is a series of text messages dating back to October in which McNally and Jastremski discuss Tom Brady's displeasure with balls' inflation levels and reference delivering a needle to change the pressure.

Here are excerpts of McNally and Jastremski's texts, via the report.

On May 9, 2014, before the start of the season:

McNally: You working

Jastremski: Yup

McNally: Nice dude....jimmy needs some kicks....lets make a deal.....come on help the deflator

On October 17, 2014, after Brady complained about the ball inflation after a game versus the Jets:

McNally: Tom sucks...im going make that next ball a f***** balloon

Jastremski: Talked to him last night. He actually brought you up and said you must have a lot of stress trying to get them done...

Jastremski: I told him it was. He was right though...

Jastremski: I checked some of the balls this morn... The refs f***** us...a few of then were at almost 16

Jastremski: They didnt recheck then after they put air in them

McNally: F*** tom ...16 is nothing...wait till next sunday

On October 21, 2014:

McNally: Make sure you blow up the ball to look like a rugby ball so tom can get used to it before sunday

Jastremski: Omg

On October 23, 2014:

Jastremski: Can't wait to give you your needle this week :)

McNally: F*** tom....make sure the pump is attached to the needle.....f***** watermelons coming

Jastremski: So angry

McNally: The only thing deflating sun..is his passing rating

On October 24, 2014:

Jastremski: I have a big needle for u this week

McNally: Better be surrounded by cash and newkicks....or its a rugby sunday

McNally: F*** tom

Jastremski: Maybe u will have some nice size 11s in ur locker

McNally: Tom must really be working your balls hard this week

On January 7, 2015, eleven days before the AFC Championship Game:

McNally: Remember to put a couple sweet pig skins ready for tom to sign

Jastremski: U got it kid...big autograph day for you

McNally: Nice throw some kicks in and make it real special

Jastremski: It ur lucky. 11?

McNally: 11 or 11 and half kid

The report also suggests Brady was aware of this activity, as after not communicating via phone to Jastremski for six months, there was a frequency of texts and phone calls between Brady and Jastremski starting January 19, when suspicions about the footballs began.

The report says Brady also texted Jastremski, saying, "You good Jonny boy?" and "You doing good?" Jastremski replied, "Still nervous; so far so good though."

Jastremski also texted Brady saying, "FYI...Dave will be picking your brain later about it. He's not accusing me, or anyone...trying to get to bottom of it. He knows it's unrealistic you did it yourself."

Big surprise. I will be stunned if the league hands down any kind of serious punishment though. Also, I don't buy that Belicheat didn't know anything about it. It's too convenient that the report comes out after the SB, after the draft and then says it's all two guys + Brady. Right. But whatever. That team and Roger Dodger are way too far up each other's *****, so until I see some kind of real, actual punishment I won't believe it'll happen. This is why I said **** week 1. Steelers or not, I refuse to sit and watch that bullshit, cheating team of scum bag ******** celebrate another bullshit title on TV. **** them. And **** Goodell.

McNally is Hilarious!

Seriously, there will be no loss of draft picks or any sanctions toward Coach BellyCheat. The direct evidence is squarely on the 3 people involved: McNally, Jastremski, and Brady.

Honestly, just like in baseball if a pitcher cheats to doctor a ball, a suspension seems the logical course of punishment. Personally I think 4-6 games would be adequate to curb this type of behavior from repeating in the NFL. If it's only a game or 2, the punishment is not really a deterrent.

McNally and Jastremski will be looking for new jobs. Sucks since their QB told them to do it. He better be paying them some hush money, or the real story will be out soon after their expulsion. Make sure to throw in some new kicks Tommy boy. Size 11!

McNally isn't looking for a new job because of Deflategate. He's looking for a new job because he kept texting "**** Tom". .... Thall shalt not disparage.
The other guy seems a little feminine ... "Can't wait to give you your needle this week :)" and "OMG".

I think it is time to utilize the Raiders tactics of the 70's. I would try to hurt every single player on the Patriots team. I would make sure the first time Brady stepped back to pass it was his last pass of the season. It's time to show the Führer who's boss. Yes, we lose the game and probably some suspensions but the Cheats won't win the Super Bowl. That's a good enough win for me anymore!

Bill started cheating and never stopped. Formations, cameras, yeah I believe Bill didn't know lulz.

At one time I am sure it was this.

Tom: The balls are too hard to grasp.

Bill wile E cheatote: Just pressure the ball boys to deflate the pressure to your liking. I know nothing.

Tom - Good idea beep beep

I believe that Goodell said something about it being irrelevant whether Sean Payton knew what was going on or not.

Where's the guy who came up with all the "scientific" explanations for why the Pats** balls were significantly under-inflated and the Colts were not? What was his name again .... Pops or something like that?

The only thing that would make me have any disagreement with you on this is that Belichick is supposed to be responsible for the organization; he is more than just the Head Coach -- akin to "institutional control" -- if it were only Tom Brady that would be one thing, but there are multiple parties involved and its hard to believe he wasn't aware.

Whoa -- just went across phone.

Vegas is not taking bets for the opener amid rumors of a Brady Suspension.

Interesting..... those people usually know something......

All these damned talking heads on ESPN are hanging their hopes on the "more probable than not" language not being enough to suspend Brady. The media spin has begun where it usually does when the Pats** backs are against the wall.

Ya, that'll hold water with Bellichick. I'd like to see Goodell make a strong statement about Kraft and his sanctimonious bullshit. "Hey Bob, We're NOT going to apologize. In fact we'd all like it if YOU'D apologize. We'd like that ALOT. In fact we'd appreciate it if you'd serve up Brady's phone records and the douche-bag attendants who helped him with the deflation program. And while you're at it can we talk to you about your long and seriously inappropriate public support of convicted murderer Aaron Hernandez in the courtroom?

Let's get some cameras in here, you're comfortable with cameras, right Bob?

If Brady comes out and admits this right after it happens, it's all beyond and nothing does down. Instead, they try to cover up another cheating scandal and it becomes a huge deal. The NFL will look like a complete joke if Brady doesn't get suspended after this.

Goodell's balls are too under inflated for that course of action. And it appears that Kraft is the "deflater" with the big needle.
