I'm sorry, losing faith in this guy to ever take the Steelers to #7. Defense was awful but he made some horrible coaching decisions today. Horrible. The most annoying part to me is he stands on those sidelines and looks like he's freaking lost, which he is.
 
This year was our best chance since the Packers game to get #7. Supremely talented, almost completely healthy besides Shazier, WC round bye.. ******* embarrassing.

We out-talented them, and they outcoached us. This embarrassment lies *squarely* on the shoulders of the coaching staff. This cannot stand

He is a mediocre to poor coach who has had HOF talent at QB, WR,RB his entire career not counting great defensive players and we still can't beat good teams or QBs in the playoffs.
 
Rooney needs to make a HC change or step down. I would prefer he cans MT, Then admit he has done a piss poor job and resigns too.

Haley, Tomlin, and Ben need to go. Ben is being made to look FAR, FAR, better than he is at this point in his career because of the talent around him.

Oh and to the guy that said that Ben would throw for over 400 and we would crush.....and I replied that if Ben threw for those type #'s we would lose......LEARN about the Elf, learn son. This game called for pounding it up the middle...and instead we tossed to the outside.......and let Ben hold the ball and try to read....yes a whole lot of firing needs to take place.

And that's because Ben can't read D's for ****, he is easy to confuse, this is what I call "the Arians Legacy" People are enamored by stats, and big plays but don't see the forest for the BIG DUMB TREE.

Some of you will figure it out later probably than sooner. My prediction after SB 45 ON THIS BOARD that claimed we would never win another SB with 7 at QB unfortunately holds........

My hope was that even with Ben's deficiencies we would overcome with all the other talent......so much for that.

Bring on the bidding war with Jacksonville for Alex Smith, MAKE IT SO.

Jacksonsville had the 2nd best defense in the NFL. Steelers put up 42 points and 545 yards.

So yeah, the loss in on the offense.

Defense has been bad for a while, between the coaching of Dick LeBeau, Jr. and a lot of lousy draft picks. Lose your best LB and we are who we thought we are.

Tomlin's and Butler's defensive game plan was awful. How do you let that team put up 38 points on you? Tomlin's game management after the Steelers pulled to within one score late was terrible. Kick it deep and force the punt. An onside kick is a low-percentage play.

Local media will continue to kiss *** for Coach Cliche but the national media is actually calling him out on his terrible decision making and play calling. Those of us who know better were aware of his deficiencies in so many areas but the local media doesn't dare criticize him. They want to avoid the racism tag AND avoid losing their seat at the buffet table.

The most talented team in the league and they are going home early-again. When you are given the resources and come up short, the buck stops with you.

I would of kicked off too. But lets not act like a three and out was guaranteed. We hadnt stopped them all day

If we had Hoodie on the sidelines we wouldn't have played today, we would have been the #1 seed and played yesterday.

True but as a head coach you need to take the higher percentage play. If I don't have confidence in my D, I don't give the opposing team a short field. Worst coaching decision at the worst possible time.

I lost faith in his coaching years ago. We will never sniff a SB with him as head coach.
 
That game was a colossal waste of a good beer buzz. Assclowns.
