Tomlin is not the worst coach in the league, but I think given this talent level most head coaches in the league could have given you a trip to the playoffs this year, 20 or so would never lose to Blake Bortles or Tim Tebow.

You have to give Tomlin his due for building this offense and finding Gems in Bell in the 3rd and Brown in the 6th. Lucky you might say, but gotta give credit. You also must hold him accountable for the way he destroyed a once legendary Defense.
One of his main weaknesses is not hiring the right coordinators. Haley has done nothing but lose and get run out of town everywhere he has been. Butler is just a protege of an once great coordinator running an antiquated scheme. The same coordinator that was run out of Pittsburgh.
A big part of success as a head coach is having the right minds around you. Look at what Patricia was able to do to right the ship after a historically bad start for the New England defense, they were the leagues worst defense in the beginning of the year.
You can say Tomlin is a players coach and the guys love playing for the guy and I would believe that 100%,
On the flip side things seem to be very rocky in New Englands locker room and the war between coach, qb, and the owner. Yet on sundays they put their problems aside, go out with a gameplan, and Win. You know why? Because they are professionals, They have the right guy calling the shots, an holding guys accountable.
The Steelers are the Joke of the league, The most on the field talent, just missing the brains to execute.
