Same way they figure out standings for playoff positions. They look at things like shared opponents, conf. records, etc. Eventually it does fall to a coin flip but that is pretty far down the list.
But does any of that matter if both teams have lost every game? Might be one of the few non-Steeler games I'll have to watch.Strength of schedule would be the first tiebreaker.
