I don't understand how any of this can even be argued. He's a ticking time-bomb and the Steelers got rid of it at the absolute best time possible.

Hate to say it but I really do think he has brain damage and will be dead before he's 45.

as stated previously, Buffalo offered a 1st rounder for him. I bet Buffalo is relieved they have Ed Oliver instead of AB.

Tape's suggesting that we, the public, know as much as all the GMs and Owners do. We know as much as the press does. Fact is, we do not. The press can't put everything out there or they could lose access to the team. Not the paper itself, but that reporter. Teams can bar specific reporters.

Also, per the NFL Player's Union, it's highly unlikely a player can go to bed one night employed by one team and wake up the next employed by another and not be made aware. If so, players wouldn't know where to show up. To this, the Steelers let Rosenhaus know they were trading AB to Buffalo. Why would they do that? Well, a deal was likely agreed on and being finalized. Thus the Steelers had to let the agent/rep for that player know where he is to be employed. NOTHING in that is incorrect. Not a thing.

That AB then went out and sabotaged all this on social media thus moved his trade value from 1st to much lower.

AB had Jerry Rice in his ear telling him all this **** about being great, etc, etc. So AB had his head swell and ego boost. As such, AB did dictate where he would be traded to and not cause a fracas. That Oakland is where he said he would like to be traded and the Steelers complied, only to see the **** show that has occurred since ... imagine if we had traded his ***** *** to Arizona or Miami. The backseat clown car raping would be off the charts.

He's displaying classic CTE symptoms

And this seems pretty apparent. It's a damn shame, I think the hit he took from Burfict really set things off.

Brown cannot hide from this, it is all over the place threatened to punch GM. Time the league also looks into this self entitled players action. No way there is not a complete locker room of smiles in Pittsburgh

I don't know if I would say smiles, but sighs of relief. There have been sighs of relief coming from that locker room for months now.

I still strongly disagree. The decision to trade AB was correct, nobody disputes that. But the steelers still mishandled the negotiation and didn’t get enough.

If you own a stock that is $100 per share and it drops all the way down to $20 per share a few months later, did you make a good trade if you sold it at $40? No, you may have been right to unload it at 40 but you should have sold it when it was at 90 or 80.

I’ll say it every time. The steelers could have kept AB happy for just a few more weeks by praising him publicly and working with his agent to make a trade happen. AB would have been fully on board with getting traded to Oakland and getting a new contract. All they had to do was kiss AB’s *** a few more weeks and they could have gotten fair value for him.

I heard through vine you were bitching about this, and though not surprised given it’s you we’re talking about....

This logic is as far of the reservation as AB is.

O.J. Simpson weighs in:

Watching two NFL shows now you have to scratch your head with the comment of these shows so called experts. Making Brown not the bad boy but he was disrespected and need to look at culture bla bla bla. He threatened a GM and has done nothing positive since he arrived in Oakland and we need to look at poor Brown's side. By the way not at practice once more

Dan Orlovsky said that while AB may be a great player, he's not a great pro.
hard to disagree with that.

Per Rappaport, bABy had a screaming match with Mayock and then threatened to punch him in the face and then punted a ball and said, "Fine me for that."
report states that all the drama is likely enough to void the $29M of salary guarantee and the Team can also go after the $1m signing bonus for detrimental behavior which in a worse case scenario could mean bABy gets released with $0 dead cap.

If he manages to void this contract and end up in a better situation, the league is in big trouble. He seems to be providing the blueprint for other petulant players. If he infact threatened the GM with violence and is fired because of it, the league should sit him down indefintely.
