I asked you previously if you understood the concept of an allergy shot. Do you?

Vaccines historically were defined to do two things: Prevent spread/transmission, and prevent serious illness. Without doing BOTH, it is not a vaccine.

The CDC changed the definitions, slowly over time, and now "shots" can be called vaccines. That doesn't make them vaccines in other way than name only.

yet portions of society have to get these shots on a regular basis.

Instead of requiring medicine to meet the definition of "vaccine," they changed the definition so the shots could be called vaccines.
