I'm going to look into this more. If this is true...holy ****.
except when they're not.“Exceedingly clear” accept the science…

These charts show that COVID-19 vaccines are doing their job
COVID-19 shots may not always prevent infections, but for now, they are keeping the vast majority of vaccinated people out of the hospital.www.sciencenews.org

BUSTED! Why did you only share two of the articles points and not the full article below, including the one about how the vaccine helps and boosters offering more protection. Your ideology?
So a University of Wisconsin math professor can’t explain it to you?
You either fundamentally don’t understand math or you are denying the one perfect science, you can’t get any more anti-science than that, Tim.
“Cases!” The panick of an unvaccinated ideolog.
If you listen to that, it doesn't "wipe out your immune system." It destroys natural antibodies to COVID. Supposedly. I'd like to see something scientific to back that up. I mean, if I found out it were true, it wouldn't surprise me in the least, but I'd like to see something other than some chick riding in her car with a sound that could be anything created by anyone as proof.
So, a vaccinated 72 year-old (at risk demographic) outspoken vaccine supporter is experiencing mild Covid symptoms. Sounds like the vaccine is working.except when they're not.

KISS Frontman Gene Simmons Tests Positive For COVID, But Irvine Concert Still On
KISS frontman Gene Simmons has tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing "mild" symptoms, the band announced Tuesday.losangeles.cbslocal.com
IRVINE (CBSLA) — KISS frontman Gene Simmons has tested positive for COVID-19 and is experiencing “mild” symptoms, the band announced Tuesday.
The band has postponed its next four tour dates but plans to return to the stage for its show on September 9 at FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine.
“While Paul Stanley recently tweeted that he has recovered from COVID, Gene Simmons has now tested positive and is experiencing mild symptoms,” the band said in a statement on its website. “The band and crew will remain at home and isolate for the next 10 days.”
According to the statement, the band should be able to resume their tour beginning with the show at the FivePoint Amphitheatre in Irvine.
The four postponed shows are in Michigan, Ohio, Illinois and Wisconsin.
We are postponing the next four tour dates. All previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new dates once announced. More information will be emailed to ticketholders directly. pic.twitter.com/b28fmrhWIe

Simmons, 72, is an outspoken supporter of COVID vaccines and vaccine mandates. The band previously has said all of its members and tour crew are fully vaccinated.
No, health officials (which you are not) are advocating boosters because it’s waning. Regardless, there are still benefits of being vaccinated (which you are not).Because you as always miss the point of the discussion.
Vaccine effectiveness is in fact without argument undeniably waning.
I have said the vaccines help.
The point is the vaccines effectiveness is NOT what we were told it would be and their effectiveness IS dropping. Thus, I'm highlighting supporting evidence that says so because your religion tells you this isn't happening.
JFC!
If the vaccine prevents serious illness, what’s the big problem with the virus being spread? The unvaccinated.President Biden: If you get the jab, you won't get Corona.
We were told early on, take the jab, stop the spread. The vaccinated are spreading Covid.
Context Flogged. When discussing the efficacy of the vaccines, one measurement is spread. The other is physically protecting you, the recipient, from the virus.
How do you measure spread? CASES. Dipshit. The waning vaccines are failing (utterly) in the transmission/spread department.
No, health officials (which you are not) are advocating boosters because it’s waning.
Regardless, there are still benefits of being vaccinated (which you are not).
So you are admitting it is a therapeutic and not a vaccine. If the vaccine prevents serious illness, what’s the big problem with the virus being spread? The unvaccinated.
So YOU lied? You’ve had Covid? Lets hope your natural immunity better than your twice infected kid’s natural immunity. Why on earth are you constantly getting tested? Me thinks you’ve lied about one or more things somewhere along the way…So you admit the vaccines' effectiveness are waning????????????????

No I'm not. I'm far better protected with Natural Immunity. Better protected than you. Less a danger than you.

he's vaccinatedSo, a vaccinated 72 year-old (at risk demographic) outspoken vaccine supporter is experiencing mild Covid symptoms. Sounds like the vaccine is working.
Do you think he regrets getting vaccinated? What’s your point?
A therapeutic? Seriously? So you are admitting it is a therapeutic and not a vaccine.
We were told it was 90% effective at preventing serious illness. What’s the problem with Simmons having mild symptoms?he's vaccinated
as is the band
and the crew
yet 50% of the band has or has had Covid
we were told that this was not ever going to be possible.
now? oh, now you can still get the virus and it can still put you down.
yet you disagree.
so you're dragging the corrupt potato you voted for?We were told it was 90% effective at preventing serious illness. What’s the problem with Simmons having mild symptoms?
Once again, the higher the percentage of a population that is vaccinated, the higher the percentage of infections that will occur in the vaccinated. I know it sounds counterintuitive. There just aren't that many unvaccinated people left to infect, particularly in elderly populations that are both most likely to be vaccinated, and most likely to be hospitalized. What the hell?

Uptick in vaccinated COVID-19 patients at Sarasota Memorial prompting public concern
The hospital had 272 COVID-19 patients Tuesday, compared with 277 Monday and a record 291 on Sunday.www.heraldtribune.com
Sarasota Memorial Hospital is seeing an increase in the number of COVID-19 patients who are vaccinated, including those sick enough to land in the intensive care unit, prompting public concern and raising questions about the need for booster shots.
As of Monday, Sarasota Memorial had 47 vaccinated COVID-19 patients, including seven in the ICU and five on ventilators. At the start of last week the hospital had 28 vaccinated COVID-19 patients, with just one in the ICU on a ventilator.
Currently, 17% of Sarasota Memorial’s COVID-19 patients are vaccinated, up from 10% a week ago.
that's the point. It is always disappointing when we realize that things change, that we don't know everything, and can't anticipate everything etc. Personally, I'm glad to be vaxxed. Everything I've seen indicates it was the correct decision, at least for me, and I've seen nothing that makes me regret my decision. My biggest disappointment was learning that the VAERS report regarding a Hulk transformation wasn't associated with the COVID vaccines, and was likely BS anyway.
Having said that, when I heard that the vaccines were 90+% effective at doing whatever it is that they do, I did believe that meant a perpetual 100%. My math teacher sucked, and that's only compounded by the fact I'm not very bright.
Not true.I'm going to look into this more. If this is true...holy ****.
If the vaccine prevents serious illness, what’s the big problem with the virus being spread? The unvaccinated.
The recent reports from Israel’s Ministry of Health caught my eye. In early July, they reported that efficacy against infection and symptomatic disease ‘fell to 64%.’ By late July, it had fallen to 39%, where Delta is the dominant strain.
This is very low. For context, the FDA’s expectation is of ‘at least 50%’ efficacy for any approvable vaccine.
Now Israel, which almost exclusively used Pfizer vaccine, has begun administering a third ‘booster’ dose to all adults over 40. And starting 20 September 2021, the US plans to follow suit for all ‘fully vaccinated’ adults eight months past their second dose.”
Indicating the Delta variant, which wasn’t established in the U.S. until months after the data cut-off, most likely does not play a role in waning immunity, Doshi explains that diminishing protection was already apparent in the data by the Mar. 13, 2021 data cut-off [data from the Pfizer trial].
The Emergency Use Authorization of the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine was granted in December 2020 using limited data [from Pfizer]. Presently, Doshi emphasizes that the FDA has given a marketing license 13 months into the still ongoing, two-year pivotal trial, with no reported data past Mar. 13, 2021, uncertain efficacy after six months due to unblinding, evidence of waning protection irrespective of the Delta variant, and biased reporting of safety data.
Facing harsh criticism from those demanding transparency, the FDA’s decision not to hold a formal advisory committee meeting to discuss Pfizer-BioNTech’s application for full approval of Comirnaty has left many bewildered. After pledging its commitment last year to “use an advisory committee composed of independent experts to ensure deliberations about authorisation or licensure are transparent for the public,” the FDA said in a statement to The BMJ that a meeting was not necessary.
