Bring on Hey Bey.

Coates is a *****.

Bring in Ayers because a fully healthy Ayers probably beats a 85% Coates. Sammie's only weapon is his speed at this point so a hammy will definately affect his #1 stregnth. Plus this will give Coolie something besides porn to be excited about........lol

I'm juuuust about done with Coates.

I think we have enough w/ Ayers coming up and the new emergence of both Eli and Cobi...

No one can predict injuries nor can we prevent them. Next man up...

Not here. He's given us more than Martavis this year. Can't fault the kid for having broken fingers (and trying to play through them) or a hamstring injury. That's just **** that happens.

Oh man how will we replace his 2 catches for 14 yards over the last 9 games?

Coates dropped a lot of passes in key critical situations, even before he hurt his pinky. Thus the reason I say he's a *****. He is afraid in traffic.

He was dropping balls before the finger issue. This guy couldn't catch a cold.

Couple that with lazy route running and WhoaLa ............ Next man up at this point.

Was about to say we would need a big WR in this upcoming draft and then realized we could fix two issues by taking a good TE in rd 2.
Green is simply not going to last in the NFL. The dude looks frail and has had too many concussions.
It's a shame b/c he could really change the offense moving forward.

My dream offseason would be extending Bell/AB and our home-grown guys. Make one FA signing - Melvin Ingram.
This would give us the ability to truly go BPA in the draft.
In rd 1, trade up a few spots to get OJ Howard TE. That guy can block and be a dynamic threat downfield.
In rds 2-3, take BPA at any defensive position.

He was exactly what we were led to believe he would be. A young, RAW WR, who was supposed to MAYBE be a #3 while he worked on fixing/polishing his game. Now, circumstances (i.e. Martavis' love of the bong and Wheaton's injury) conspired to push him from MAYBE WR #3 and having the time to work **** out to WR #2/Deep threat. If he hasn't improved by next season, you move on because there are alternatives to fill that WR #3 spot when/IF Bryant gets back. Some of y'all act like the kid's name is Sammie Sweed. All that said, his hands have been more reliable than Bryant's this year simply for the fact that he has not been suspended for using the Devil's Lettuce.

If you are drafted as a WR, your job is to catch the damn football. I can understand some bad route running initially and we saw that. But this guy can't consistently even catch the ball. And I've not seen much effort from him to fight for the ball even though he is usually much bigger than the guy covering him. I'm not saying to give up on him, but so far, he doesn't impress me.

The guys in the media that cover the steelers have said he's been having no problems catching the ball in practice for weeks, so enough with the finger crap, he runs lazy routes and never goes and gets the ball, ever.
