Coates Now on Injury Reprot

Green I can understand but good grief, Coates out? Word is it was just a tweaked hammy yesterday in practice, actually returned to the field and then left practice for personal reasons. It's end of the season crunch time, biggest game of the year so gut it out. Win and you rest week 17 against the Browns.

Honestly, Coates hasn't been a factor for a good amount of weeks now. Lets see what Ayers can do... shock the world, kid!!

Tuitt who didn't practice again today is still being ruled a game-day decision. I now have one more Christmas wish....

As for Tuitt, who failed to practice again on Friday, his status for Sunday’s game won’t likely be determined until just before game-time. He is recovering from a sprained right knee that he suffered last Sunday. Look for the Steelers to promote a defensive end from their practice squad on Saturday and early reports hint that it might be Johnny Maxey.

Green and Coates are doubtful. Let's hope DHB and DWill are back. We can put DWill and Bell in at the same time. I can see Bell then moving outside some. Cobi should get a lot of playing time with Eli Rogers in this one. The way Coates' season has gone, I can see him not being on the team next year. Just a gut feel unless he somehow improves going into his third year.
 
Green is doubtful for training camp. It was kind of a bad hit but it was basically a matter of time. This guy shouldn't be playing pro football.
