This goes to show that we don't live in the same reality as an NFL player. One year ago, he inks a 3-year contract and now thinks it isn't good enough. Imagine negotiating a salary with your employer, then going back into their office a month later and complaining about it.
He isn't going to garner any support whining about this. You signed the contract, now honor it.

We hired a guy late last year to run an office, like november... in February he told the upper office he had a better offer and was gonna leave if they didnt match

So they did match it. And a month or two later he went back to them and said the other company offered him more... so they let him leave... he signed two contracts in like four months and still left
