Browns trying to trade Haden

If this all comes about.....props off to Tombert!!!!
 
PFT says 7 million this year. I'm liking this a lot.
 
I also wonder what this does to a Tuitt extension. Not sure we have enough cap room now to sign him to $10+ million per. It would suck to lose him in his prime next year. Hopefully, Colbert can pull some magic before the season starts and get Tuitt locked up. That would be a pretty epic offseason for the Steelers.

If we let Bell walk next year we will have a bunch of cap space I would think.

He doesn't have to face Antonio Brown twice a season, and he gets to play the Browns. That's a win win for him.


and the Browns don't get a compensatory pick for him, because they cut him!

Barring injury (and that's a biggie obviously) it was the best signing we could have made this entire off-season hands down. Sure we could have signed Gilmore or Butler or some other top CB but we would have been locked into twice the money and/or been forced to give up a 1st rounder and the thought off a huge deal when we have shazier, Bell, and Tuitt coming up coupled with the thought of say giving the cheatriots a first makes this extremely exciting. If he returns to his old self good damn we picked off the biggest CB steal this off season. To think we did this is sooooooo UnTombert. Wow!! I don't think we have ever done a 7 mil a year free agent in our history and damn we picked up a possible TE field stretcher this week too. Hot damn!!! Everyone thank Cockrell for sucking *** now. He was going to suck *** at some point so I think we all should send **** man a basket of goodies today thanking him for sucking *** this preseason. The **** man for ONCE had great timing on the field LMAO
 
And the Stains just traded their first rounder from 2015 for a fifth round pick to the chiefs hahahaha

That's nine first round picks in the last ten years that aren't on the team ....there's a reason they are a mess

Make no mistake about it they are insuring (by all the trades and cuts and starting Kizer) they get the first pick so they can get Darnold next year. The only thing that sucks is as Ben retires it's possible the browns have the best QB in the AFC North for a decade. Although the Stains will probably find a way to **** it up I think that kid is going to be an absolute stud and perennial prow bowler. They will probably have their franchise QB and Kizer will be a back up soon enough. It's probably between them and the 49ers form the USC talent. Considering how dumb Shanahan is (gave the cheatriots the title) it's possible the 49ers get him. PRAY THEY DO

It's a tough cut. Gay is position flexible, can catch and tackle. **** has just been demoted, and the Steelers have just grabbed 2 CBs in the past week.

I love what Hilton is doing. I absolutely roster him

Burns and Hayden are locks

Sensabaugh the arrow is pointing up.

If Gay can play S or CB, it looks like Dangerfield gets no respect, yet again, and will be cut.

And the steelers have made some ballzy trades, but they may end up Cockless at the end of the week...
 
Sutton is going to be good, can play inside or out, and is Haden insurance.

I tend to think you are right but I think they will keep the 4 safety's though and keep Gay to fill in in case of an injury,
IMO... **** is the guy standing when the music stops.
