Big Ben Apologizes, Brown Takes To Twitter…

I am not going to assume Edmunds knew AB was directing that tweet at Ben. He might have thought AB was just commenting on two faced people.

After all it was a pretty vague tweet.

If Mike Tomlin cannot control a second year player from agreeing with an ex player when he calls the leader of his team two faced I really do not know what to say. **** if nothing else his *** would be lined up in the worst physical drills against the biggest ****** guys until he got the goddamn message. Extension, you gotta be kidding me. He cannot control a team. You cannot throw your hands in the air about social media. Its the same as if he went on TV, the radio or spoke to a reporter.

His players just follow his lead as with the Dungy interview. Tomlin has encouraged a culture of players speaking and tweeting and Facebook-Live-ing out of turn when there is business at hand.

AB seems like he was directing tweets at someone else this afternoon, but still pretty dense of Edmunds to like that.

First off, Ben Roethlisberger didn't say anything wrong in this exchange as he said he was sorry and social media is tough. "Toney" showed his true colors, being a "two face" while talking two face. Instead of making up and taking responsibility for his actions Little dick spouts off in blame of someone else. Tends to be his MO and yet everyone seems to blame BEN.


As for EDMUNDS.......... You bring him in to coach Tomlin and he lays out the law ONLY to have Art Duece spin around in his big chair and say,....... Son, either you're a team player and support your team mates of STFU because if you don't, we will see to it that you remain in football purgatory ............... You get my drift..........then spin his chair back around.......

Oh, you're right, he's done a horrible job controlling and getting anywhere close to the best out of a great roster, I'd love to see him gone yesterday.

But I don't see a lot of teams controlling their 20something players from doing dumb rash **** on social media like Edmunds did.

Now if someone like Brown/Bell makes a pattern of it, then Colbert and Tomlin have a choice, and they've created and coddled monsters. My point is one dumb tweet is unstoppable for this generation imo

That being said, **** Edmunds, I'd love to see him punished, but I doubt it

I agree he is irrelevant to the team. Unfortunately, when the First Round Defensive pick agrees with him calling the QB two faced.......... that becomes relevant.

That's why you drop the HAMMER now and set an example, even if just an in house embarrassment in front of the team. You talk and send message about team unity and silence. If presented properly, this makes them closer.

But see that is assuming that first round pick wasn't just focused on the statement as in disliking two faced people.And assuming he knew AB was throwing it towards Big Ben.

I read his tweets after some fans called him out on his response. And it didn't look like was throwing pointer fingers.

He clarified that he has never talked negatively toward any player he has ever played with.

So perhaps a better assumption based on the mans comments was there was no Big Ben intent on his hitting "like".

We don't have privledge to these guys on a daily basis and I hope it is as you say slash,............... A misinterpretation of Edmunds. I was all for jumping on his lacking but this makes sense and more likely than not it is what happened. Social Media is a ***** in that regards.

I guess I would have to see all the social media posts. My understanding was that all Brown said was the words two faced. Which would have required Edmunds to know the context that everyone has interpreted as being towards Ben for speaking about the breakdown of the relationship. I mean if Brown wrote **** stain no context would Edmunds like that too??
 
Maybe Heyward needs to sit Edmunds down. No one is saying you cant be friends with Brown, but let's all stay the **** off his Instagram and the rest of the public bullshit. Pity the Head Coach is incapable of getting that message through.

Ben won the poll of public opinion in the end....
But what does he do? He hooks up with the media to give an exclusive follow up interview!

Really surprised he hadn’t learned to keep his pie hole shut at this stage of his career...

No matter what Ben does it is wrong yet as we watched Brown actions the last few years on the sidelines and off the filed he is viewed as some kind of saint and Bell who as got not one bit of positive stroking since signing with the jets is viewed as he did the correct thing moving on. Typical media coverage and social media Steeler haters of Ben .
