Came through in the clutch. Another 4th quarter comeback vs a very good defense.

This is a JAX team that was giving up only 14 points a game. Turnovers hurt us, but we did enough to win.

Enjoy it tonight, then back to work tomorrow

Anytime you see Jacksonville on the schedule, you can chalk up 2+ turnovers for Ben and that was the case again. Last year the Steelers didn't have it to come back from that type of game. This year they did. So impressive.

Now, on to another house of horrors... Denver. They'll get every bit as much as they got today. Impressive gut check today though.

They didn’t help. Ben bailed then out. Ramsey made tremendous plays. Like I said do not throw it his way

What a tool, did the coaches tell Ben to throw to AB when in double coverage for 2 of his 3 picks?

I bet the coaches told Ben on those last couple drives take what they give you and hit the open man.

Right.

Our upcoming schedule is just about every nightmare scenario for the Steelers:
at Denver
vs. LAC
at Oakland
vs. New England
at New Orleans
Including today, that's a six game stretch against five teams they've historically struggled against, especially when you talk about road trips to Denver, Oakland, and New Orleans.

Wait, you touted Romo's astute observations during the game. Well, it was Romo that said you had to adjust and attack the outside corners. Ummm, that's what they did that led to the 4th quarter scores. The coaches adjusted the playcalling to more effectively attack those outside corners.
The coaches also adjusted the run defense at half-time and that paid off in the second half ... the D limited Jax to 16 points. That's scheming for success.
So yeah, the coaches did help. What didn't help was Ben's early play and INTs or the OL's early play.

He did after he got out of his funk. He usually has trouble after he’s had too much time off. I guess 10 days is too much.

This may well be a defining moment in the season, a game by all accounts they should have lost.

I know they're professionals and shouldn't overlook any team, but it happens. This game should be mentioned in the locker room before every game the rest of the year.

Did you watch the game??? Coaches took too long to adjust to the run.

The timeout in the first half sucked. Qb sneaks work best with time running on the clock.

Tomlin went for it too early.

And should called time out late. Romo was right.

I tell you what. the coaches adjusted extremely well to stop the run

after they scored three times early, yes they did. Why did it take so long???Check the game day thread.

Ben trolls wanted to pin this loss on him. Nope, nope, nope.
