He was simply amazing, making average players like Wheaton and DHB look like all stars.

Ben for NFL MVP? Perhaps. 72.3% completion, 360 yards per game passing, 4TD's, 1 INT

Ben ranked higher in the FF rankings than marcia did this week.

Ben Roethlisberger called ‘almost every single play’ against 49ers

“Things clicked today. We did some really good things, threw the ball, ran the ball and scored in the red zone,” said Big Ben. “Mostly disappointed about coming out in the second half and we had two screens that we felt could have been big plays, but weren’t. We had to punt and then we had the ball backed up. To me, it’s frustrating because when we have a punt, we would rather just keep going and give our defense a break. We want to possess the ball and work the ball down the field.

“I was calling almost every single play and we were moving so fast and that’s credit to our guys and the conditioning. We didn’t possess the ball very long tonight, but we put up the points.”

Go Ben! A 40 burger every week would be sweet.

Go Ben!

Here comes the "fire Haley" thread in 5, 4, 3........

The most impressive stat for Ben right now is his 11 ypa, nearly 2 yards higher than the next closest.

Brady's #'s so far 69.2% completion, 377 yards per game, 7TD's, no picks.

As long as Marsha has similar numbers to Ben, no way Ben gets MVP over the precious Brady.

But Ben is doing it without two major weapons in Bell and Bryant.

That's just Ben being Ben. Its damn exciting to watch this offense.

Ben has better stats and Marcia still gets the headlines .. How can a cheater still get the headlines ... SHM

Not until this offense consistently puts up points and score like yesterday I say no. Rip off 5-6 games in a row scoring points have a hiccup then rip off 5-6 again then we talking. Not one or two then look like crap

You just know Brady's headset never turns off during a play... some coach is helping with reads... that kind of stuff should just be legal for everyone, like steroids... that would level that playing field...lol

Give him time and he is deadly.
.I think the addition of Mike Munchak was the greatest thing that happened to this team in years.
There were times yesterday when he had wall. Not even a pocket, a wall to through behind.

He is staying clean & healthy and he looked so comfortable yesterday.
When he is playing like that you have to just unleash him and let him play.

Against the Pats I was screaming . To let your QB play & give him a chance.
Running draws on third down from the 8 yard line or whatever. Antonio trick play, etc.

Don't get cute let your franchise QB throw the Damn ball.

As a Steeler fan, I don't disagree with you. We also don't vote for MVP. I'm just saying Ben had the best statistical season personally and as a Steeler ever last season and barely even made the Pro Bowl as an alternate. The guy just doesn't get the respect like a Brady, Manning or even Luck. So if one of those "darlings" has comparable numbers, Ben is on the outside looking in unfortunately.

And to counter your argument, aside from Gronk, Brady has less around him than Ben does, even without Bell and Bryant.

I've been calling for years to let Ben call the plays at the line. I said it last week after the pats*** game. Ben is a very good QB and slowing him down makes no sense.

I don't think hes better than Rodgers.....Ben is great but Rodgers is the best thrower in the league right now.

You can pick apart any of the top QBs and say one is better than the other when comparing a single talent but when you look at their full repertoire of intangibles a QB possesses, Ben brings the most to the table therefore is the best in the league in that regard.

By not having morals or ethics. t*mmy b*Y HAS PROVEN HE HAS none, so the media follows suit. It sucks that a cheater is NOT held accountable. Fry him......

Salute the nation

After two games??? No. How about we wait until December to make this analysis???

It would have been interesting to see what may have happened had the Steelers gone no-huddle the entire game against the cheaters.

A planned no-huddle, of course. One where, say on 2nd down, suddenly a FB and a TE sprinted off the field and two WRs suddenly sprinted on with no warning and just lined up. How freaked out would Ernie be there?

Ole Aneurysm Ernie...

B*ll: Ernie, what are they saying?

Ern*e: Uh, Uh, they didn't say anything.

B*ll: Well, a bunch of ******* guys just ran on the field!

Ern*e: Ya, they're um, using a silent count as far as I can tell. Uh, ****.

B*ll: Well, should we call a timeout?

Ern*e: Uh, I think Roethlisberger just threw it...

B*ll: What? Oh ****!

Good thought. But, isn't there a rule that if you change personnel on the field, you have to give the defense the opportunity to change personnel too? I could be wrong on that
