Bell claims rumors of 'missed' drug test untrue

Can't believe that Pittsburgh hasn't been able to come up with a better option than that of Mark Madden in all these years. No one to push his stupidity out into the unemployment ranks and with any luck into another market?

Sad.

Hasn't he lost jobs along the way? But he still ends up in some Pgh media. I do wonder how much worse he would have to get to be exiled from Pgh.

Thought they are the same person those are the only two who agree with on another.

People with vision and insight are the exception, not the norm. Would you like to wager that we are the same person? We could use a 3rd party to make sure the winner gets paid.

Williams has missed 20+ games in his career. I don't know that that sings durability. Especially considering that he's pretty much always been in a platoon situation.

And how many did Bell miss in his first three seasons? I count 13 games. That's a lot for a young player. Williams who played ten seasons and run the ball a lot more so even if he missed 20-25 games, they don't compare.

And Williams had the backfield all to himself exactly one of those years. exactly how do you figure he's carried the ball more than Bell? From 2007 to now, he's Been in a platoon, Carolina with Stewart and here with Bell. Over the course of his career, Williams has averaged roughly 12-13 carries a game where Bell has averaged 20 carries a game. That's also not to mention that Williams has 200 career catches while Bell already has 152 catches in 7 less years.
