Cincy has me concerned. Morrow can put points up.
I guess, but even on the late drive where the Steelers got the 4th and 3 stop on the QB draw, the Ravens ran the ball on 9 consecutive plays for over 60 yards. It was hard to watch.
I cannot recall the last time a Steelers defense just got physically abused like that.
Spillane seems like he could grow into one of those "Heart and Soul of the team" type of players. Undrafted, underappreciated given a chance by the Steelers on the practice squad. When called on to start because of injury to a key starter, he just keeps on "flashing'. Kinda reminds me of someone else's story......
Would like to know if, before today, a NFL team has ever lost to a team after outrushing them by more than 200 yards? If I was a Ravens fan, I’d be sick over this loss.
They don't have a QB. Jackson is an atrocious QB, he's a RB.
Not that my .02 is worth .01 but he seems pretty competent as a mobile QB. I'd rank him up there with Reggie Cunningham but he won't be taking home QB of the year awards. That said, if they have a bowl you over running back and offensive line, he would fit the part perfectly, exactly like Coach Cowher hoped #10 would evolve into.
I would not take his skills for granted. He may very well come back to bite us later this year,.
That's fine. We've lost games to Terrel Pryor before too. Jackson will never be a good QB in my eyes, he has his best season last year. Defenses will keep adjusting and his game will diminish, he is nothing new to this league.
The Ravens outgained the Steelers nearly 2 to 1, but the Steelers found a way to force TOs, score points and make stops when they needed to.
The real difference in the game was that Ben protected the ball and Jackson did not.
If Alualu and Heyward are out for an extended period, they're in trouble.

I fully expect another "Next 3 weeks" thread....
