We only have 3 viable safeties. Burnett is a stop gap two years max. Berne is a special teamer. Wilcox will be released.

As for WR, plenty available, maybe using that extra 3rd.

Initially I didn't like our pick but the more I watch his videos the more I like him and see why they made the pick. He's the guy who's going to be the answear for Gronk. He's big, fast, athletic and look like he can cover and do well against TEs. Good pick imo.

i'm not scared. He is very thin. He won't last a full season. People busting a but over Desean Watson from last yer. Did he last the season?

The guys a steeler all day but in the 1 rd is a big question. He’s played corner safety and linebacker maybe they have him as shazier replacement and numbers wise that’s as close as you get. Guess we’ll see... dude hits like a truck
 
I thought he'd be around for our 2nd pick if we wanted him. Hopefully, those elite measurables turn into elite play.

His contract issues with the Patsies***** are a significant sign he will be elsewhere, shortly, and a non-issue in the postseason.
 
Looks like we could package our 2nd and 3rd to move up to 47th or so -or- move our 2nd and the Bryant pick to get to around 38th or so. Will be interesting to see if they attempt to get higher in the 2nd for someone they like. Rudolph(would need to get ahead of NE prob), a Tight End(Goedert or Gesicki), Guice, or someone else we like could all be targets who don't drop to the bottom of the second.
