2016 NFL Draft

Hoping the guy that sprinted the card to the podium can fill in at Running Back next season.

Seahawks got a 3rd for answering the GD phone

This may be the most universally hated pick since Jarvis. Should be an interesting first couple years. Gives me an underdog to root for anyway.....there's that I guess.

I hate it based on who was still left and that the ******* broncos traded with seattle, we could have taken that extra pick and still got "raw" burns

They do make their selection faster than any team in history. Seems counter productive.

yet Burns would have been there at 1.31, I could bet my dog on that. SO why not take the trade and the extra pick? Alexander was there too

Agreed, but when the Steeler's lock into their guy they pull the trigger. Numerous teams were/are trying to trade back into the 1st round. We could have easily picked up a pick or two.

Didn't Burns run a good 40?

Oh well ... the drama is over (or just begun) ... nothing left to do but wait and see what unknown player the Patriots take and turn into a supersta ..... lmao, sorry Pats* ... "No pick for you"!

I think colbert screwed the pooch. I'm ******* sick.

I don't hate the pick at all, he's long and physical and athletic. I know you guys seem to be down but I'm high on Burns

If anyone thinks the deal that Seattle got wasn't on the table for Pittsburgh they are high. And if they think Artie Burns wouldn't have been there at 1.32 they are higher. ****** unbelievable.

If we had traded down and Burns was gone everyone would be bitching that we didn't draft our needs and take the best available CB when we had the chance. Give me a break. Although I am a little worried about his name - Artie Burnt..

Burns is a great pick. He's actually a better fit to the steelers scheme and may have more upside than Jackson. I just thought Jackson would be the pick because he's more polished. Burns is still pretty raw.

Burns is more like Ike Taylor.

Yeah, taking a Tackle named Tunsil seems like a bad idea too....if he's a turnstile.

First, **** you Bungholes! I hope Jackson is a major fail. Second, welcome to Artie Burns! A great story and a very good CB that will end up thriving in Pittsburgh. Very glad we finally addressed CB in round 1 even thought he wasn't the one we all thought we would get. I'll take him. Welcome aboard, Artie! Looking forward to winning a couple of SB's with you at CB.

Clark before Billings to the Packers here. Interesting
