2016 NFL Draft

Well ... a lot of folks said they "HAD" to take a CB in the first this year .... They did ... and it appears that many think it was a mistake of Charred Scott proportions
 
Not gonna complain about burns I would like us to trade up and try getting a Shawn

My only problem is how fast once again, the steelers run that card to the podium. And then immediately after them, Denver trades up. Maybe the steelers could have got a few picks and moved back and still got Burns

It's almost as if the Steelers wanted to turn the pick in extra fast to tell the Bengals **** You, we wanted Burns anyway

Went from thinking we were getting Jackson to hoping for Alexander or Billings to Buns. Blah.
 
Ok what's wrong with Burns? I don't know anything about him. I just heard he's a 6 footer which everyone here wants and has ball skills. Does he have lousy coverage skill or what?

Wasn't about them waiting ...they already felt out the trade offers. They didn't like them as usual. I was listening to SN radio today and they were saying how the Steeler's were really high on Burns.

yet Burns would have been there at 1.31, I could bet my dog on that. SO why not take the trade and the extra pick? Alexander was there too

Jackson has better ball skills and is not afraid to tackle....missing out on him and settling for burns is disappointing
 
This may be the most universally hated pick since Jarvis. Should be an interesting first couple years. Gives me an underdog to root for anyway.....there's that I guess.
 
Burns or trade down.

In think Colbert should have traded down. We would likely have had Burns anyway. burns is a risky pick. He's raw and doesn't tackle well. The upside is there.
